There is a limited inventory system when it comest to what ur character is wearing at this point in the game. Items such as Belts, Shoulder Bags, Hip Pouches, etc. should be a prevalent idea. I know we have all thought about it, so lets discuss it, here are my ideas. -Sling: Can allow a character to carry a long gun on there back diagonaly, allowing for a second long gun to be carried (Note, if this is added, plz take away the ability for a person to take a gun into thier hands if they have one in their normal spot on their back) Back Packs: -Ruck Sack. This is very comparable to the Hunter Backpack, but it could come in Grey, Green, Olive, and Black. Would have 1 more row of slots than the Hunter Backpack. It will spawn where the Hunter Backpack now spawns. - Travel Backpack: this would be a civilian, medium backpack. It will be one colume longer than the Taloon Pack, but will come in similar colors. Spawns in the same spots as the Taloon back pack spawns -Other changes to back packs that i would like is to see that the Hunter Pack would spawn in Hunting Stands, and very very sparingly in Hi grade residential areas. And i would like the Mountain backs to spawn Extremly rarely, and in civilian areas, seeing as i would doubt that Military personel would use those colorful backpacks. Belts: - Leather Belt: spawns frecuently in civilian areas, and is used as a placeholder and for style, can come in Black, Dark Tan, and Brown. Can also be used to be turned into a sling for a long gun, or in the place as rope for imprvised backpacks, like the lether, courier, etc. -Cloth Belts: Spawns in the same places that Leather belts can spawn, and are used in the same way. Can come in a variety of colors. -Police Belts: Spawns in Police stations and police cars. Has and attached Holster for a handgun, as well as a 2x2 inventory. - Tool Belt: Used to only hold tools, such as hammer, screw driver, plyers, and all other small tools. Spawns at residential and Industrial areas. Comes in Tan, Black, Brown, and Grey. Holds 2x3 -Military Belt (w/ Molle) can take 4 pouches, (front right, front left, back right, back left) but has no inventory other wise. Comes in Woodland camo, multicam, Olive Green, Tan, Black, grey, and Brown. Spawns at military locations Vests: -Molle Plate Carrier: Can fit 9 Pouches (top right, right, bottom right, top, middle, bottom, top left, left, bottom left) and 1 hydration bladder pouch. Would come in Woodland, Multicam, brown, black, tan, olive green, and grey. Spawns at military locations. Molle Pouches: All spawn in military areas unless other wise specified. - Standard pouches, come in different sizes, but all take up 1 standard MOLLE Slot. Small: adds 1 row of inventory (4 slots), Medium: adds 2 rows, Large: adds 3 rows. Comes in Military Colors (see in plate carrier, description) -Holster: adds a slot for a Handgun only. Comes in Military colors, takes up 1 slot - AK Magazine Pouch: Holds AK Style Magazines (AK 101, and AKM) , holds 3 standard mags. Comes in Military colors. Takes up 1 slot. - AK Drum Mag pouch: takes up 1 slot, holds one ak style drum mag. -M4 magazine pouch: Holds Magpul style M4 mags, Stanag Mags, and dual Mags. Takes up one slot, holds 3 mags, and can be in military colors. Only spawns at Heli crashes. -Pistol mag pouch: Holds 3 Pistol mags (not revolver speedloader) takes up 1 slot, and comes in Military colors. -Hydration bladder: holds the equivelent amount of water to take a person from null water (not hydrated, but not thisty) to Light Green hydrated 3 times. Can drink using scroll wheel. Comes in military colors (pouch). Pouch fits one bladder that is found seperate. Please comment, and when u do, plz add a suggestion.

I like this idea, but i think that the RSASS, the SR-25, and other urban style marksman rifles/ DMR's/ sniper rifles would rather be looted than the AWM, but the rifle is a good idea for a middle scale sniper weapon

yes, but it would be ignorent to say that Nato forces were never deployed into the area after the fall of the soviet union. The CDF may have verywell taken over when Nato was no longer needed. It would make sense for there to be Nato equipment and weaponry in the area. (For example the UN helmets that can be found)

Guys, if we look at the bio of the map, it is said to be a Post Soviet controlled province. That means the Soviets where there, but the area prolly feel into the controll of the UN and had NATO troops stationed at the millitary bases after the Russians where ousted. It would make more sense for a blende of western Europian and American weaponry along with some reamining Russian Weaponry. Saying the RSASS is far fetched dosnt really make sense. yes it is a rare weapon, but it is a weapon that could be found in a NATO military base. Saying something isnt possible in this game dosnt make sense because A: This place dosnt excist, nor have the events of the game actually taken place (The apocolypse i mean). and B: It is a video game!!!, realism is cool, but can sacrifice some of the fun things of a game. By trying to make this a hardcore game of realistic proportions will ruin it.

what about when a server goes down or ur ping gets really high and u need to swich. i get that problem sometimes and i will have to wait

Great ideas, but i think having a gillie make the player unable to use his inventory would get really anyoing. i like the craftable pouches idea. maby those could be sown onto t-shirts and other civilian clothing

Gillie: Of course, many people want gillie suits. but in additon, i belive that the lovely camo stuff should also be able to be added to most clothing. using burlap (found in military basses) like what can be found online in "build your own gillie" kits. The kits much like those can be found in game, they include the netting and the string bundles. They have a percentige value that deteriates as u use it. To add the gillie to an article of clothing u need the kit, and a sewing kit. The clothing it can be added to includes: boonie hats, baseball caps, hoodies, t-shirts, checkered shirts, tactical shirts, TTsKO jacket and pants, Cargo pants, Jeans, canvass bottoms, and ballistic helmets. Depending on which item u add it to, the more it will take away from the gillie kit. The gille can be added to rags as well to make a gun rap to put on ur gun. Much more rare and more effective would be an actual pre-made gillie. It would be found in parts, the pants, jacket, and hood. The gillie suit parts work much better, but have less likelyhood of being found. they also have much less inventory spaces to them.

I really want the RSASS because it is a great replacment for the DMR. If balanced correctly, it could be great. Yes it is realtivly new and hard to find, but seeing as there are many military bases and now police stations it would make sense, because Remington only sells the RSASS to military and police contractors. -

Just because this is a realistic simulation game, dosnt mean there arnt military rifles. And it is really anoying when u say that by adding military grade rifles into the game makes it CoD. The weapons that are suggested are real and they should be considered and balanced accordingly. Its not like the AS-50 was suggested. There are a lot of civilian weapons being added. the only true military weapons in game atm are the M4, the 1911, the CR 75, the FNX 45 and the SKS (hardly, closer to Civilian) the civlian weapons: .357 magnum, the amphibia, sporter .22, all the melee weapons (besides the combat knife) and the mosin. The one thing that needs to be added is a way to transport a second long rifle. One idea of mine is that there could be a scabbored that would be worn in the place of ur melee weapon, in which a long gun could be put into it. These scabbords would be 500 times more rare than rifles themselves, and it will take 1.5 times longer to pull that rifle out of it -
Why are swords a bad idea? i think they would be neat. i only said Claymore because that is one of my favorite swords, but others would be neat i guess

most of these weapons arnt military, yes, the sniper rifles are, but the shotguns are all civilian, as well as most of the ARs

Clearly nobody wants AS50s amd Full auto Grenade launchers, but some weapons should be added. Shotguns: only 12 ga. ammo is currently in game, and there are only 2 shotguns on the table; the IZH (Impemented), and the Remington 870(Planned). I think that 20 ga. and .410 ammo should be added. The Mossberg 500 could be a 20 ga. shot gun. and the Rossi Circute Judge could use the .410 (& .45 LC) ammo. Sniper Rifles: The only Sniper in Standalone is the Mosin Nagant. The Remington 700 and R11 RSASS should be added. The Rem. 700 is a bolt action rifle that fires the .270 round. The R11 RSASS is a Semi Auto Sniper rifle that fires the 7.62x51 round. (Mosin= 7.62x54r, SKS=7.62x39) SMG: Mac 10 and Uzi should be added. both of these compact automatic weapons fire the 9mm
