Are you sure you are joining ts.tmwdayz.com? Try turning off your anti-virus/firewalls to enable TeamSpeak and also run it on Admin. It is much safer for both the patients and medics to have a smooth conversation while doing the medical run.

Yeah, the best way to run the game better is to upgrade the CPU because it is a CPU heavy game.
