Well, how about the beeping noise you'll here off and on near structures. I don't ever remember hearing the beeping noise out in the woods. It just seems to happen in towns mostly. Does this beeping meaning anything significant? Could it be a warning or maybe to let you know there are items near.

Ahh! Okay...I see. Well thank you for that explanation. That's been bugging me ever since I've started playing this very addictive game. So perhaps once this game is no longer an Alpha, we'll be able to loot zombie corpse's that won't disappear right away. Cool...

Can anyone tell me what the little rifle symbol with the three dashes underneath it means once you kill a zombie?

Excellent!! Worked!! I was about ready to kill me character off. Thank you for the most excellent solution. My situation was a bit different. I hit the esc key to adjust my video settings and then all of a sudden in the background I saw my guy skip through the wall I was standing next to. Then I realized I was trapped between a house, two garbage cans and a fence. I was trapped. Anyways, it worked great. Thanks again.

I'm having a similar problem myself. Just happened last night. However, I just hit my esc key to make some video adjustments and when I returned my character was trapped between a building, fence, and two garbage cans. I can't get out. I've tried everything I could think of. Even exiting out of game completely and joining back up did not fix it. Not sure what to do.

While standing at the corner of a building and a fence, I used my esc key to go into the video settings for the game. Once I made my video adjustments I retuned back to my character only to find myself on the other side of the fence in between the building, two garbage cans and cement barrier. I'm trapped!! Can not get out. I do have room to move around some but not much. Tried everything I could think of. Exited out of the game and jumped back in and no such luck. Still trapped in the same place. Don't really want to start over, but things are not looking good. Any suggestions or resolutions would be greatly appreciated.
