Most of em were simply stolen from other camps. Nothing illegal has been going on there, when you got 6-7 people playing togeather stuff gets gathered up quickly.

I can see where you come from - but as there are no rules on this i cant see anything wrong with it. Its our way to feel we exceel in a game where zombies are becomming too easy to handle. Clearly they were not hidden so well that noone would ever find them and steal them. As was the case.

As title says, this server has banned our whole group after the admin dicovered our vehicles (about 10 of them) hidden. He felt it was good enough a reason to ban us, as he saw us come back online later on, for vehicle hoarding. We now have no way to recover what little they probably dident rip from our camps, which is probably nothing as he has been having a lot longer now that we can get on to stop him and hes grp. Stuff like this is killing the game experience. Try dieing after a week with way over 60 hours playing because u accidently hit respawn :D Thats what this game is all ABOUT, dont get attached to your gear because you WILL LOOSE IT! Its just bullshitting yourself if you dont expect to die every secound.

I have had no problems finding them, even in their spawn points... Altho most i've found has been looking for camps at the notheren border and NE edge of the map :P

All this stuff seriously never happened to me... i died once because i fell tru the floor on a building as i logged in. thats about it in my 2 weeks of playing time.

Pretty sure choppers are a 1time loot thingy until server restart and they change location.

Yea thats the way of DayZ.. had that happen so often i juat kill people right away now.. Also that dead guy had an coyote backpack, easy to thinks its the same as the patrol coyote backpack but its actually the best there is.

You could team up with 4-5 guys and split the renting fee :) But yea in primetime it can be rly hard to find a good server with room.. sometimes i spend 15mins hammering the enter button :b

Almost everybody who spawns out there arent using the Arma beta patch.. People really should read up on that and get it..

same here, pretty much every corpse i've found/killed has dissapeered instantly while leaving the fly noise there... I also often come by places where theres flies but no corses..

[/quote'] From what i understand. Makarovs replace "hacked" weapons. And not to sound funny, but the list of items you lost DO sound very similar to a hackers survival kit. Same thing happened to myself and half the server I was on NZ6 today after a server restart. Same here, logged in with only a few items left - NVG, GPS and AK-74 Kobra all gone, handgun had also been replace by a makarov from a 1911... Shrugged it off and went on with my things as i figured I had looted it off people who had duped/hacked it.
