Bad time for display driver crash

I'd like to know if anyone's had any luck in finding a solution for this. Happens a couple times a night for me. Sometimes as soon as I start, sometimes a few hours in. My GPU temps get up to 70-80 so maybe overheating? My second monitor is not affected though. (running a sad GTS 450 but fps isn't too terrible on low - mid) Thanks for any help
