I had no intentions of killing you. In fact, I was going to give you the AK74 I used to end you. All I asked for was help, I just needed you to melee the zed that was chasing me, as I was lagging and couldn't put down my second primary without getting mauled by the zed. Instead, you ran into the station, closed the doors, and logged! I ended up meleeing the zed myself, and coming in to see your defenseless body. I decided to leave you in peace. When I walk down the street and checked the players on the server, you apparently had the audacity to come back! So I had to show you the error of your ways by taking you out. Sorry. I hope you get this message and understand what happened...

He didn't talk to me at all when I asked for help (At least three times, really close to him), he watched for a good few seconds before going and logging. He must have seen my chat at the range. He didn't say "Oh i'll brb to help you". So am I sure that he had no bad intentions? No. But one can assume that he did. My char had pretty good stuff, too. Why else would he come back than to kill me?

The LRS did, so I would imagine this does too.

Yeah I have a model 70 and more than enough ammo, but I couldn't find a scope (still haven't). Also wondering if you can paint the m70, has any one tried?

There wasn't police stations in the mod, so these served as those. Now we have police stations, but these still serve their old purpose from the mod. My backstory for this is that firefighters served as a sort of auxiliary police/defense force against zeds before everything went completely to hell

I wouldn't be against it personally, but a lot of people will be. I could see them being there, as you said left over from Harvest Red, but people will complain this isn't "ArmAZ" and that we don't need more military weapons. We'll see what others say...

All the time. I always tell them "friendly!", and hope for another hero, or at least a neutral player, but my good faith is always met with lead :(

I know some will say "OMG this isn't ArmaZ!!!!", but I think it's a great idea. When Base building is implemented, I'm sure bases will come under attack from bandits/rival clans, and this could be a great part of the defenses.

Yeah I would for the most part agree, but isn't that for the best? You really don't want every average joe running around with AKs, or even SKSs. Ideally, even civil weaponry should be kinda hard to find

Yeah, thats why I think the med/food centers should be there, not mil checkpoints. Although maybe western weps could have a really small chance of spawning at these food things

Well, I feel like UN checkpoints with western weps and the heli crashes together would be overkill. I suppose if they were really rare (one every couple servers) it would be ok. With the med/food centers, I feel like 2 max per server, probably 1, as we don't want a lot of food and rare meds flooding the hive

YES! It would spawn MRE's, which would have to be added first

What about instead of weapons, medicine and food? A UN thing where they gave out medicine, food and water. If some meds are made rare later in development (Like antibiotics in the mod), this could be a good place to get them, besides hospitals and clinics, which would have lower end meds. And we already know that canned food will be much more rare later in development, you could stock up on them here if you are lucky enough to run into a UN checkpoint.

Has anyone found one in-game yet? Are they at heli crashes?
