Well, rarer fire-arms would be ok. But.... why not make the bullets extremely rare. Imagine only having 5 of them. You'll think twice before you shoot.

The most plausible option is, that the person you saw at the red house was lagging and that you've been shot by another person. I can understand that is frustrating to die, but you shouldn't jump to conclusions too soon. This video proves absolutely nothing. On another note: i heard some rumours that playing Dayz while wearing an aliuminium foil hat makes you invulnerable to hackers...
