    Hello guys, i'm having a weird issue that makes my game stutter and micro stutter only when im zooming in somewhere, i have random micro stutters that seem to happen only when im moving around alot or sprinting. Im running a gtx 660 stock overclocked, i7 4770k (not overclocked), 4gb ram. I thought this was a CPU issue before so I upgraded in hopes of being able to play lag free. I also have around 50-80 fps in cities. Could i get any help on this? Thanks in advance.
