Put people in trunk of car when that becomes an option. Some old-fashioned Godfather stuff, you know? Hand shakes too. But firm handshakes, not dead fish. Also high fives. Me and my friends will develop a secret handshake using all of the animations! -

Looking long term, I'd rather try to salvage the gas. Or we can create the pretty explosion too.

All very good suggestions I think. It would definitely allow some degree of stealth in the game, which would have some interesting implications. How would the zombies react to sound made by other zombies though? Simply run to that location, or make it possible to aggro a group of zombies if you're spotted by a single one?

Dead military bodies and civilian bodies

Well, I keep hearing that the game is set 2-3 months after the outbreak. I'm not sure how much body would be left, and having piles of never-rotting infinity corpses would get old. Side note; I don't have a picture, but if you've ever passed the bus wreck on the paved road near Solnichny there are a few half-buried corpses. Same concerns as above. -

I understand that there could be flamethrowers, but it wouldn't be good in my opinion; just spammed. Besides, flamethrowers have to be worn on your back. So I hope you're willing to give up anything you can't carry in your pockets! -
Agreed, every time you're hit by a zombie shouldn't result in a massive laceration.

They're adding track suits now, so that's pretty good in my opinion. Really will give it an East Europe/Russian feel I think. -

Nope nope nope. The only group functionality I would like to see is being able to spawn with friends (spawning with nothing, not just spawn fully armed for max server hopping abuse) because I'm sick of searching for my friends for over 3 hours. But nothing further than this. OP's suggestion just take too much away from realism. Friendly fire happens.

Who'd want to play while missing limb? It'd just become another method of torture. (As I can see has been thoroughly explored through that "bowling" idea)

I know that I keep looking over my shoulder constantly for a while after I've played. I also never turn on flashlights when I'm out at night because I don't want to "give away my position" until I realize that I'm safe® in the real world. -
All of this is still too supernatural for me. I don't just walk up a certain hill and then storm clouds roll in. As for the soviet laboratory thing that was described at great length...I like it to a point. Forget that part about the virus missiles that's just silly; and the ghost stuff. But I like the secret lab.

I always hear that its 2 or 3 months after; but no one seems to have a exact number. Regardless I like the suggestion, fruit shouldn't keep for that long. Of course, I never find fresh fruit anyway, but I don't think there should be any sitting around. It'd be pretty cool if there would be fruit trees around some of the farms; or even dedicated orchards.

Improvised explosives would be cool. I'd like to see homemade bombs be more common than military C4 and Satchel Charges.

Soviet-Era Abandoned Submarine Repair Base

Sure, Chernarus seems pretty poor, but the Soviet Union would have funded the construction; back before the collapse. Maybe the Chernarussians maintained the base, maybe they didn't. There probably wouldn't be a submarine left there (If Chernarus had any submarines, the would have fled the zombie apocalypse, like the Chinese sub if you read World War Z) but the base/bunker itself would be a really cool map area.
