Borges (DayZ)

From steam the patch I'm running is 124802. Any how, I'm unable to join US3480 because of the steam patch I think. Will not be able to join until the server is running 112555.

Pardon me, it's been a while since I had a proper dayz fix if you know what I mean.

There's no fix for the exhaustion bug in the changelog.

Just fix the exhaustion bug and I'll be happy. Didn't see a fix for it in the 1.8.2 change log.

What about exhaustion? You can't move even 5 steps without being fully exhausted, it's game breaking. MORPHINE DOES NOT FIX THE ISSUE.

I'm getting this too. It's pretty annoying and unplayable. Run 10 steps and i'm 100% exhausted.

I'm having an issue with constant exhaustion. I run 10 steps and boom, breathing heavily and gun sway is max 100%. It's a bit unplayable, not sure how to fix it.

Hey US3480, I was banned for the same reason as Kono. BP addmagazinecargo. I installed 1.8.1 and played on another server for a bit, then reinstalled 1.8.0.3, and joined US3480. Forgot my character had stuff from 1.8.1 and was banned Admin Ban (BP addmagazinecargo - 1 Borges) . An unban would be cool, thanks.

Another suggestion..please bring back zombies being attracted to flares like in 1.8.0.3..I liked how they were actually useful.

The scarcity of supplies is where it's at. 1.8.0.3 sucked. Zombies were way too easy and it was way too easy to get geared up. Water and food was useless (unlimited supply 24/7 and you could just exploit yourself to full by relogging). Whatever you decide to fix, don't make it like 1.8.0.3. This is definitely in the better direction. In 1.8.1, zombie sight needs a bit of a nerf, and their close attack range is ridiculously off. I can hardly kill them with a melee weapon at close range without getting pummeled to shit because my melee range is practically outside their hit range meaning I'm usually swinging and missing too far away while they're hitting me nonstop. I think in general, less loot / rarer guns = better.

Jimmy when are you going to add 1.8.1? Also it appears I'm banned from us3480 for an addcargomagazine or something. I played on 1.8.1 for a bit then reinstalled 1.8.0.3 and tried joining and was banned. I killed my character. An unban would be cool.

When is this patch going to be released? CMON MAN! VANILLA DAYZ FTW!

How populated is it?

Yeah 3480 keeps crashing, or getting attacked. It's up now however stuck on "waiting for host"... Sad face..It's the only server I play on..only good server left actually.

This is a suggestion for post-alpha builds for future features. It would be nice if there was actually a point to surviving, such as a type of reward or advantage for surviving past a specific number of days like 5 or something. This general idea comes from Arma 3's breaking point where if you survive for 5 days you're awarded with a "survivalist" ghillie suit and a package of stuff or something. I don't think it would be a good idea to copy this exactly but perhaps making surviving days in general be beneficial or an advantage to the player in some way, would be cool and add to the core gameplay I think.

The M4 needs an accuracy buff big time, however damage wise I think it's fine..people drop me in just a few shots sometimes.

There needs to be and should be consequences to killing players, hopefully in the future. I hope they atleast bring back the bandit/hero system.

SKS needs a damage buff imo..I'll put 3-4 rounds in a guy's chest and he still runs around..

Hello. I've tried deleting my BEclient.dll file and replacing it with the one on battleye.com, restarting my computer, running steam as administrator, reinstalling Dayz, and yet I keep getting kicked after a minute of gameplay with battleye failed to update. I'll be in game and it'll say battleye version 1.214, battleye update completed, initializing or whatever. Then i'll get kicked. How do I fix this?

Awesome this worked. I remember doing this in the past and it worked but I was doing it from steam dayz folder, not appdata. Thanks for the fix.
