realism is great until it reaches the point that you have to take off your backpack, set it down, open it up, reach inside and dig around, take out what you wanted, close the backpack, put it back on and then continue on your way... or opening a can of Tuna while running? lol you'd spill all over yourself and the Z's would smell you a mile away. so yeah people do need to consider things when they call for realism across the board

if you want to talk about unbalanced.. bring up teamspeak type of programs. when you can talk to your team or partner without using direct and screaming to everyone in hearing distance where you are and what you're doing that is something that you can not deny that it gives your group an edge over the lone wolf or the 5 guys who just met up and don't have TS to use lol just to be clear, I do use TS and I do play without it when I'm alone or with randoms...

I play 1pp because there's a bit more tension, it's a little creepier, kinda claustrophobic feeling (to me anyway) not all but some of the main reasons I like 1pp and I never seem to have trouble finding a 30+ hc server... day or night. I play 3pp when I'm in a 'don't give a damn just gonna play for fun' mode. also when I'm with a group of friends. it IS easier to keep track of your surroundings in 3pp. no one is denying that I don't think? and yes they can look at you over walls in safety. but so can you. they can hide around a corner and angle the camera to see you coming.. but so can you. like I said do you blindly run around corners, down hallways or through doorways? or do you use some tactics and scope it out (or 3pp the corner yourself, whichever flavor you chose)? if I have a periscope that allows me to see over walls and you do as well.. where is the unfairness? if you have a magic mirror that let's you see around corners and I do as well.. where's the handicap? just because you chose not to use the tools everyone has equal access to or you ran Forrest Gump around the corner and you lost your gear because of it.. that doesn't make it unfair or unbalanced. it's ok to admit when you're wrong, I'll do it and have done it more than a few times lol but your forum warrior e-peen has no value in the real world so there's no shame in sayin "yeah you're right.. why was I crying about this in the first place??" speaking of real life.. why the fuck would you be "scared irl."? no, I did not read your post yet because I wasn't replying to you lol if you feel it's that important I'll give it a look when I have time :) and I feel no shame, I play hc servers pretty damn often, about a 50/50 split really. try not jumping to conclusions, ok? I have no issue with how you play, or which you think is more ideal lol.. if you think it's 1pp that's awesome! enjoy it man. if someone strictly plays 3pp then woohoo for them too! but I'm not on here trying to convince anyone that any play style is more ideal lol that's just silly. stop being so thin skinned over a non issue. who cares if people play 1pp or 3pp?

no one is denying there's less risk for the one peeking over/around the wall and seeing a player running up to it.. or the one who's gonna peek over it once he gets there lol when you make up things like that it seems like you're grasping at straws. now once you reach that wall and the peeker knows you're coming, he's gonna be half prepared for what comes next. but guess what? now that you've reached the wall you have the same ability to see him waiting there. so now you're prepared to engage someone waiting for you. if you choose to. but let's say you play with more integrity than to stoop so low as that. would you blindly run up to that tall building/wall/corner knowing that someone has the ability, that everyone one on that server has, to be able to see you coming? no, I think you'd plan and play accordingly. sometimes I like to play like that.. challenge myself on a 3pp server and not peek. but I know full well that someone might be around that corner waiting for me.. and if they kill me through better shooting, luck of the dispersion or just plain bein' a bad ass player.. well good for them. but if he used 3pp and got me that way you won't hear me coming to the forums to pout about it.. or cry about it at all. not when I had the same opportunity to 3pp just like him. and if I want to play where no one has that ability guess where I go? it's not a handicap, and calling it unfair when everyone can do the same thing just makes a person look like a cry baby.

you can't really shoot over the wall while you're peeking either direction... can you? to shoot you'd have to have a direct line of sight yeah? you were saying something about saying stupid things? so.. yeah.. just to let ya know .. and carry on ;)

I voted yes... but a few times them sudden restarts have made me laugh hard. like wen you leave your shiny akm and backpack with a partner while they keep and eye out and you go into tent city to find a piece you need and lose it all. or., "hey man I found a drum for your ak!" "sweet!!" "here take it." "I can't pick it up..." "are you clicking it??"... "try dragging in into your...nomessagerecievedformotherfucker!!!!"

the random zombie and other sounds are annoying.. but the two that make me jump sometimes are the giant oil drum being kicked and the cannon fire.

there is no point in killing bambis... and that's, well.. the point lol it's either griefing, target practice or boredom

tried it twice and got burned meat both times. I stay with the rag+stick type fire for cooking. 4-5 minutes of cooking and then plenty of time to double click from fire to inventory when they're done.

I rarely loot bodies.. I'm a horrible shot and ruin everything anyway. if I do anything to the bodies it's run up quick enough to click 'bury' and run away

it does! the same as lighting a fire at the top of the stairs of police stations.. attracts them like bug zappers!

what's even funnier than that is sitting just slightly west of the neaf and waiting for them on their trek to the nwaf. all the while they talk over direct about what they looted.. like kids comparing trick or treat bags. they set course for nwaf, hold W and blindly run. you can stand.. almost.. out in the open and let them run to you. after the first shot they pause, when the first guy drops they scatter like mice. but that don't matter because they're running out in the open anyway...

I always pick one up when I find the mag for it... then realize it's only taking up space. but can't toss it out cuz it took so long to find the damn mag lol they are nice, or feel more comfortable, in buildings anyway
