Die a slow painful death full of starvation, moans and regret. But if you're not into that sometimes running at the wall over and over again from and at different angles works or try logging into a different server after you run to a different spot on the rock. It might spit you out. I would love to see a screen shot too. What's the inside of a rock look like?

How long are you waiting at please wait? Sometimes if takes seconds and sometimes it takes a minute or more. I don't know why though.

Why don't you just run to any main road coming into the town and read the road sign? Almost all towns have the name on a sign.

Here's another one that's probably happened to some. I decided to be a hero. I could see a guy over a fence getting chased by a zombie. He was a total fresh spawn punching away. I tell him to quit running around so the z stops running. I take a shot with my magnum, oops, headshot. Totally missed the zombie. I didn't even think the dude was in my line of sight but you know, gun disbursement. I really meant to help....this time! I actually felt bad and I even type talked to him so he's probably running around asking if anyone knows where CANUCKinNZ is. It was an accident dude. :(

I love the mod for the more things you can do like vehicles, bases and the rest. I went back to it today to be reminded that my ping is about 50 or 100 higher than in SA. Mind you I do play on a 3G vodem stick. :( SA has better graphics even in its alpha state and the new towns are 100 times better than the mod towns already.

no one ever accidentally drink disinfectant spray or ate the rotten fruit instead of the pristine one? I have...more than once. I've also have tried to shoot a person not realising my clip was ruined by a zombie. Don't move!!! *click.* Oops, friendly, friendly! Ever forgot that you chambered 1 round instead of had a clip? Dddiiieeeee bandit! Bang, click.....I am dead!

30 of then coming at you from different directions but using gates instead of 1 coming straight at you isn't going to be easy! I can't wait.

I have about 5 or 6 servers in my favourites and I generally only play on them. I choose by which has best ping at the time, what time of the day or night it is and how many people are on depending on if I'm looking for some action or some gear.

Oh come on now! This is no Cod or Battlefield in the slightest at all. Sure the player who was doing that was playing it like that without freelooking much or using 1st person, (being about 12 years old like he was it's to be expected.) but this sandbox style gameplay does not look arcade at all? Back me up peeps! -

How is that an arcade mess? Clear hacker who knows where everyone is bandaging and hiding and runs around bleeding for 3 minutes without bandaging or going black and white screen! That end video head shot from a door and around a corner up some stairs is the final proof. This is not a true representation of the real game. Or maybe I misunderstand your point? -
It's worse when you have a quad bike and forget that bridges pretty much flip them every time if you go too fast.

Mods...this guy? ^^^^ Ban hammer! In response though follow any of the devs or Dean or DayzDevelopement on twitter and they tell us when it's down and back up every week and it's always Wednesday about this time. Why am I feeding the trolls?

Find a server that says 2 or 4 hour restarts in the title. Go to the balota tents, gear up. Run. Literally every single tent is spawning loot right now and mostly ammo! Most people are discovering this and so if it's a server that doesn't restart often it's already been looted.

So I found out pretty quickly that having the name HaRsH was not making me any friends in game. I've changed my name still with mixed results but is there a way to change my name in these forums without having to make a new account? I've of course looked in profile and settings but couldn't see an option to change name but maybe I'm missing something?

Fixed by Boneboys. Thanks, and he pointed out that directions on how to do this are in the forum rules too. I did read it....ya...that's it. ;) well read it now at least.

Have you not played in a while? No matter how you log out or alt tab your avatar stays in game for 30 seconds. Gives someone time to kill you so attempts to deter combat log.
