Biggest concern is that zombies dont get fixed. We will never have the melee Dead island had...shame really.. Will we ever see hordes? BI and Dean this is your time to shine and get your poop in a group...for Sony is knocking on your players doors offering a game VERY similar to yours!

I'm with you AgentNe0..Dead Island had a pretty good melee system...it was fun chopping arms,legs an heads off or throwing knives at them. The zombies had good AI as well. Hoping Dayz can pull something close to that system off...tho I wont hold my breath...

If you have an empty slot that cant be used most likely its what Odin said. I found usually if you take off the pants or coat with unusable slot...drop them on the ground...wait a second or two..then rewear..it fixes that unusable spot.

I just cant wait for the day I can throw a can of beans or better yet a can of tactical bacon at someone's head..rendering them unconscious. *bonk* Canned food killer!

Only way that it MIGHT work...is if we have traits for our characters...such as medic, mechanic , etc. Holding someone as hostage..their clan may want to save him/her. Or the highest bidder may need some thing repaired or built. Other than that I don't see ppl caring enough to play along with it. Gear is too easily replaced. But a medic or mechanic that has high traits for fixing stuff MIGHT be worth a few cans of bacon or bullets...just my two pennies.

Well I for one have been grabbing any and all mags I find. I at one point had 2 yellow cases full of mags... now lately I have been dropping one or two mags next to any handgun I find.. even left a your welcome note next to a few...oh minus the bullets...I leave those in a bush... happy hunting!

Pistols only deathmatch in electro... Or Bambi race 2000 thru electro...winner gets a fully kitted out.Racers must stay unarmed thru the entire race while dodging bullets and Z's. Or The Broken leg crawl race thru a town.

My son and I tested this as well. Desync stayed at 0 (using P) but it appeared on his screen , me teleporting all around him. It wasnt laggy at all.

I play as a looter for our little group of 4. Super fun....I have no weapons..not even an axe. Just running and filling my bags as quick as possible...tho it sometimes gets sketchy trying to fill a bunch of waterbottles and canteens with zombies and other players running amuck. Last night I left someone a huge pile of food and water..I looted almost all of Electro...and left it infront of the school. Im sure whomever found it thought it was a trap lol.

I dunno...even if it was fast spreading super bug. I think zombie infection would be over before it could really start...maybe lose a couple of cities. With all the guns in 'Merica it would be a over pretty quick..yunno with all the hunters,rednecks,gun totin ppl and preppers .Here in Alaska they would freeze before we got to shoot..and last I heard it was like 7 guns per household. I mean who's NOT itchin' to put down a few zombies? Aren't we all just alittle excited for a zombie outbreak? Pew pew 'merica
