i like the tactic, it is not really a warning shot, but people not willing to fight over the loot will turn away, and people looking for a fight will know they can get one. i prize you for being a humanitarian.

I used to be a medic, tried my very best to survive, and help other players.. today i logged in, wanting to go to a streamer to go save him, and to put the result on youtube. I was in the middle of nowhere, knowing i have so-so net during daytime I joined a quiet server, upon logging in i got a "session lost", and the next thing i see when i join a server is a fresh spawn. Why do they even add features if they dont fix this bug, it has been on the bugtracker for over a month, and still is listed as "new". As of now im just going YOLO, no pants with a fireaxe, survival has no point aparantly, because if players/zombies dont kill you.. the hive will do it for you.

Server population - do you gravitate to large or small?

during daytime, my net tends to cut out at random times, if i feel like playing, its on a low pop server.. at other hours, i try to visit busy servers in search for fellow survivors that may be in trouble, because in a post apocalyptic world, every life is worth saving or we go extinct.. -
sort of true, or at least a 30 sec timer on restart.. to stop server owners restarting as soon as they get shot.

i like playing lonewolf, it makes DayZ a whole lot more scary then outnumbering people 5-1 whilst on teamspeak. when im lonely, i run thru a town and insta flashmob :D

I might be blamed, i reported some insta kick / private looting servers to gameservers.com, but since they pop up faster then go away, i have resorted to mailing bohemia as soon as i see one. -
So far i have traded medical assistence for ammo i needed, magnum snap loaders, PU scopes, stuff I need. You cant eat money, you cant shoot it, you cant throw money at zombies to kill them, who the * needs money.

Game lacks support for AMD Cpu's & Amd Crossfire systems

well i have crossfire, and it runs FINE. AMD is slacking, as in they have not made a pre-defined profile for dayz yet, however.. if you select the Arma2AO profile for dayz, crossfire runs like a boss. ohh and the arma2AO profile thing, i managed to find that on google, with a quick search. CF/SLI profiles however, that responsibility lies with AMD/Nvidia, since they put profiles for the game in their drivers. -

Ok.. seeing as like everybody is clean shaven i have one huge question. Who the hell shaves during a zombie apocalypse, there are no razors to be found.. and not enough bandage loots to justify the "shaving with fireaxe" theory... I mean soon we can die of a heart attack.. but still nothing grows on my chin..

bf4 costs like 60 euro, and another 60 if you want the rest of the maps/guns... dayz alpha... 24 euro.. i understand

if you dont break your leg, you cannot report the issue, nor notice if it is resolved, making having an alpha test pretty useless, so then they could disable the game on steam untill final release...

i found 3 m4's today, in barracks/jail buildings, wich i have picked up, and put under a tree outside, whilst carefully closing all doors, the less guns you guys have, the less guns will kill me IZH-43, i only seem to find them when i dont find a hacksaw, or the other way around... shame i carry around an m4. mosin, quite rare, but found a few, the mrs runs around with one right now blaze95, civilian gun, found 3 in a day once.. since its civilian gun, yeah, barns, houses with piano, hospitals etc...
