i have had number 1, 2 mosin shots to the back of the guys head, he turns around, 3rd shot to his chest area.. 4th shot to his face.. and then im the one thats dead. all in the top of the firestation just him and me in the server. he was sitting still, saw blood splatter on first 2 shots, 3rd shot he did start bleeding.. so im pretty damn sure i did not miss number 3.. i was on a server with my friends, we killed 7 people on sniper hill (5 of witch were my kills), after that i herd like 8 shotgun shots in a continuous rate of fire without any pauses to reload and i died (so maybe 4 guys with shotguns and great timing?..) i respawned, stayed on the server and decided to add the other people still on the server to steam, so i can warn them about said hacker, and they can leave gear intact. I added the first person, he had a clantag and a mate so it seemed efficient to warn him first since he could warn his mate, 2 seconds later.. again those shotgun shots and im dead.. the person i added on steam was running a "Non steam game" of DayZ... pretty obvious... duh and yes my steam name is thesame as my ingame name... maybe they should just give out hacks with DayZ, to level the playingfield sort of speak (since their anti cheat attempts seem to be not doing anything)

i can confirm the first 2 posts, having encountered both within a span of a few hours..

After a tiny accident on the ship, the server restarted so I could not get my stuff back. I decided to log off and sleep. Today I start recording as basically a fresh spawn, foraging for food, and trying to gear up.. and then I run into the Nicest Bandits Ever!!! Watch and Enjoy

We had some fun, met lots of friendly people, and i did get hit by some 7,62.. that guy was worse off then me tho as i got revived and he got shot by 8 people at thesame time.. shame dayz crashed during the end, so i lost like 25gb worth of footage >< have a 25gb file thats not playable.. ohh well, ill be editing the rest :D gg dayz

i actually wanted to have a fun time with the community, hoped for lots of players to come, and whammo topic is gone, and i did not even get a warning point, or a reason or whatnot.. so plx, at least give me a warning point so i know i did something wrong. or just tell me what i did wrong... is it the fact that i did not put the TS info directly on a forum full of trolls, so actual interested people would be able to join, rather then trolls?

well i did not know about the notification,i had no.. i just know i made a post about me and a bunch of people having a celebration, inviting y'all to party with us or kill us.. and there will also be streamers... and yes apparently its merged ><

First i would wonder where all the cars went.. then i'd find some food and drink, preferably a steady supply of both, and camp nearby.. not on the spot because others will look for the same things and end up there, fighting for resources will happen. Thus i would need some way to defend myself.. since guns are rare here for civilians, it would have to be military gear from the nearby royal military academy. Then i'd find some friends, so i can sleep while somebody guards me, and the other way around.. I'd also look for a female human since repopulating the planet is the way for mankind to survive on the long term. I would find some stones, wood, and matches, and find out campfires are not implemented yet.. so i'd raid a camping store for some gas canisters and cooking supplies. Since this is RL and i figure we want some civilization back ASAP (or not lose what we still have).. i'd find a place i can wash myself. Sowing kit.. yeah that i would need too. During my searches, i hope i have found a relatively safe place for me and my friends, pick up fellow survivors along the way, since power in numbers is a valid tactic for survival, just ask any school of fish. I'd basicly look for a place like where i live IRL now.. lots of fields around, i can see people aproaching from miles away, and have plenty of time to determine if they need help or a bullet to the head, or if we need to run. Now on to the not yet implemented things of dayz.. I would like to improve the place we found, by boarding up windows/doors, having some nice spots to lookout, and some secured food storage, so if we have to "bug out" because we are under attack, they cannot get to the food easily, and we hopefully can get it back after they leave. in all of this i asume zombies are braindead and sort of slow, and that i can probably out smart them for a while, as long as i dont get surrounded by a horde

Well the kicking people from servers to have a private save haven full of loot on a public hive is problematic, THIS IS NOT the topic to discuss that. There is another problem with the kicking mechanism, witch I found when I joined the same server immediately after getting kicked. I found my character still on the server, and he remained there the full 2.5 minutes that I was looking at myself, after witch I got bored and ran off. So, long story short, when you get kicked by a badmin, your character will remain on that server for over 2 and a half minutes. At this time you probably still can get killed. Now imagine this scenario for a second.. You hold up a noob, the noob says he cannot hear you very well, and you decide to TYPE, because your a stand up guy that doesn't want to kill said noob without due cause. But after pressing the return key, the noob knows your name, kicks you, punches you till you are dead, and takes your gear. This need fixing, if you are forcefully removed from the server by the admin, without warning or time to hide, your character should also, at that time, be gone from the server.
