I've noticed what the most popular location for the magical appearance trick is the north-west airport. I think some players are just taking rare loot in hangars and barracks, killing any threat, and leaving at another server to repeat the iteration. My suggestion is to "save" the game progress in the "safe areas" outside of cities. If you didn't leaved the game in the one of safe areas - you have to begin the new game next time. Maybe it would be more effective to make the safe areas near the outskirts of the cities, but in the wilderness a safe area should be near the any camp tent or fireplace. -

For all the people who suppose that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is a game made by Russians. It was made by Ukrainian team. And Chernobil' with Pripyat' are Ukrainian places. For all the people who suppose that World of Tanks was made by Russians. It was made by Belorussian team. However there are lot of russian speaking citizens living in these post-soviet countries. Of course, the gamedev teams who made the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and WoT having lot of Russian employees. As about references to Russia in DayZ mod. A map of Chernorussia is just a random map with objects decorated and named in soviet-style. Аnd besides with huge amount of bloopers. -

Well, in Russia children didn't have to ask a someone to buy them a violent game. They just buy it like a candy, without any restrictions. I don't say it's cool or bad. It's just a fact about social structure of my country. -

I am a russian player, so here is my point of view. The things are more simple than you thought. 1. There are lot of countries use cyrillic for writing (not only Russia). 2. You niticed cyrillic just because it's weird for you. But maybe it's not so common as you think. 3. Kids in post-soviet countries having summer vacations now. And, unfortunately, they aren't limited with some ESRB/PEGI restrictions. So they can play DayZ without any limits unlike the european and american kids. -
A simple and realistic solution to reduce "bandits" activity

In our life the people with low humanity have to pay a cruel price - the loneliness and lack of mutual aid. So, I suggest to disable any assist and social actions applied on players with low humanity status. No blood transfusion action, no bandagind action, no tent sharing, no any other assist actions what could be applied on them by the other players. Maybe even no chat in case of very low humanity. -

I agreed - PvP is a great and big part of the game. But I see a lot of players shoots other players just because they can do it. A senseless skirmish without any reasonable point such as "getting for some supplies", "survival", "way of villian", etc. So I suggested my idea to reduce some people shooting just for fun. They should know what price should be paid for become a bandit. -

Greetings, DayZ Team! Let me to suggest some minor zombie improvements. I hope my efforts coincide with your vision of the DayZ game design. Suggestion 1. New behavior: "angry zombie". Phase 1. Initial state. Sits quietly on the ground. Phase 2. It's anger is growing and it's crying become louder. Still sits on the ground. Phase 3. Quickly running a short distance in any direction with threatening cry. Nearest zombies pay attention and come closer. Phase 4. Sits and calm down (initial state). It's assumed that such behavior will bring an element of surprise in gameplay. For example, this behavior could easily provoke the nervous players to reckless shooting. Suggestion 2. Optimization of zombie spawn points. I noticed that the zombies spawn from nowhere. It looks pretty strange like some kind of teleport magic. I think that it's would be more logical if spawn points will be placed in doorways, near the porches, in the dark corners, near the cellar doors, in the bushes, etc. Suggestion 3. New zombie skin: "Player skin". I believe that it will be interesting to add a zombie skin, based on player skin. It's assumed a lot of interesting game situations with addition of this zombie skin. For example, promiscuous criminals will mistakenly shoot these player-skinned zombies, uncovering their position to other players and attracting the attention of other zombies. A military convoy A military base Not agreed, because of: 1) IMO all non-zombie activities in DayZ should be played by the real players, not by NPC. 2) I dont like an idea to play as commando-survivor who capable to destroy well-geared military convoy. 3) The main idea to bring the tough bosses in gameplay is a challenge to prove your power. But this idea conflicts with main idea of survival challenges: "How long an ordinary survivor could live at the edge of life and death?". A horde of zombies (30-40) Well, these are don't look like "boss" characters, but should be placed in game only for balance. For example, a horde could be spawned near dense players disposition. A "burning zombie" Not agreed, because of: 1) No boss challenges in survivor game! 2) Let's don't сombine zombies with uber mutants! Zombies are just living dead people! "Black Hawk Down" Great idea! It should bring in game some diversity and it should push players for exploration. Energy generators This feature has a weak sense to be useful. Flares, flashlights and other staff are more easier to use. But idea with generators should work great in case to open electronic locks to access rare loot. For example, it could be sealed electronic doors in military bases. Survivor/Bandit Camps You contradict yourself. Players should not be safe anywhere. Only solitude and survival. And humanity as your worst enemy. Lootable radio Great idea! And communication device should be found as loot item. Auto-Run Autorun button is a noncense in DayZ. A fact that player just can tap a W and then drink a cup of coffee is a sign. A sign to make a map more balanced. I think the forests, fields and other wilderness should be even more dangerous when the cities. Wilderness should have ravines to break your legs after falling into them. Wilderness should have the marshes to make you sink in them. Wilderness should have wild and angry animals such as wolves and bears. If these features will be implemented then you may request an autorun button. Resurecting corpses I think this feature would be more playable when it would be simple realized. Shots in chest, legs, arms just stuns for a couple of seconds and kills zombie at 4-5 shot. Headshot kills instantly. PS: My apologies for bad english. -

Good point! Let's determine this behaviour correctly - irrational. The main idea is in unexpected noisy actions of some zombies that should make some players act nervous and mistakenly. -

YES With some conditions: 1. Spawning with melee weapon. 2. Counter measures against encounter of spawned players and well-geared players. F.e., common guns should be spawned only in small towns near starting locations, and rare guns should be spawned far away from these points.
