Maybe this helps: I know nothing about Macs but I did have the same exact picture when I took a M4 from a kill.....log out and log in again and everything was working as intended. Hope this helps? Cheers!

I am not so sure about his play time. After a few hundred hours you should know the basics: the function keys, all places should be rather familiar, some cyrillic stuck and above all, as you mentioned, never go into an area without proper scouting.... And for you nogard17: I have not surrended to anyone so far and to be honest, I am not planning to do so. The only time that I raised my hands was with a fully geared guy at Svetlo....and my partner hidden on his back with a Mosin.....BANG! end of the trolling......If they are going to KOS...go ahead, be my guest....but allow no bullying....no need to! Sorry I missed that: yes, we were lucky and there was 2 helicopter crashes with the M4 and magazines: one right in front of the army base and the other one like 500 mts away. The Akms were at the army base., The others at Vybor.

On the contrary: way too much for my taste. Yesterday at a full server we found: 2 M4, 2 AK 101 and 1 AKM, 2 mosins, 1 shotgun and 2 pistols: 1 amphibia and 1 makarov. Everything in 30 minutes play at the NW Army base.

Never, Never! get attached to your gear..... :) ...... On the other hand, I am really excited to see this global nuke.....Yesterday I killed a guy at the Army Base near NWAF. Fully geared M4, 500 bullets, 7 double mags, ACOG pristine....since I did a type of "spray and pray" type of approach, he has all the mags ruined and most of his arsenal. Carried the M4 to a near hill and dropped it. My guts told me that this maybe a dupped gun....Also his partner flew quite fast from the site maybe trying to save the identical gear?....anyhow.....very happy with this new char wipe! Cheers!

As easy as this: 1. Get your axe in your hands 2. Get close to any bush 3. You will have a message: "Chop for kindling" press F or your center mouse button 4. Voila! you will find your sticks on your inventory. (BTW: you can group up to 5 sticks in 2 slots) 5. If you are chopping a tree, once you have the logs you wil find the option: "make thirds".....you will have your sticks! I have found highly advisable to have a splint crafted at all times (with last patch fully crafted splint only uses 2 slots instead of 4!). There is a bug (?) that when you get hit by zeds and your try to aim afterwards, the sway of your weapon is just crazy. There is no message that you may have anything broken but it is!......so apply yourself your splint and everything should be fine. (morphine does the same trick) Cheers!

Several questions guys: 1. I thought you could only stash/stock loot and items inside the tents? 2. or you can actually stash it as you all have said, just on top of the ground? 3. These items placed at the ground would be wipe out once the server restarts or will be persistant even outside a container? I really love the persistent items idea but having issues to understand the mechanics. Any help is highly appreciated, Thanks in advance guys!

Yesterday, at a barn house on experimental. Second floor, drinking a soda....start drinking and suddenly: my arm is in pain, my leg is broken, you are dead. For the second time in less than a month I died by gliches from second floors. Moral: Do not open a can of soda in second floors.....it may be dangerous for your health.

This one just made me......I don´t know, but this is really shady to say the least. Carrying a hacked mag is not, under any circumstances, acceptable. Where do you get M4´s BTW?...... Shame....

Precisely what I mentioned: this game is very interesting regarding PVP interactions!..... And regarding your zombies question, I fully agree with you. Game is about zombies, but they are hardly a threat. I think was like 2 patches ago, that they became more agressive and harder to kill. Then lots of people were complaining about how hard they were, etc.... Also I would love to see along with hordes of zeds, some scarse loot and some kind of food values to reach full health state. Let´s say that you need to at least have one kind of meat, canned food and fresh ones in order to have your toon at its best......that also will help to give depth to the game play!..... Cheers!

I also noticed this issue. It is just impossible to aim with actual sway. Try a LRS and a Mosin and the PSO with the AK....both have the exact same issue. It is not a "catch your breath" type of thing, but a new bug that need to be fixed. And yes, it the same 100% healthy, relaxed and proned with bipods (in the case of the AK, since you can no longer use it on the Mosin). And to be honest, I haven´t tried to be on drugs to be able to aim :D ! Cheers.

1. You have two options here: inside Steam you go to this site: http://dayzdb.com/map/chernarusplus or use the iZurvive app for Iphone. Personally I find the last one more useful and safer. With the first one you need to minimize the game :o 2. Trust no one. This is not a game to socialize. Get FB instead. My brother and I we have a rule: No KOS on civilian places until we are more aware of the other player (s) intentions. On military bases/Airports: engage when opportunity kicks in and you have a clear advantage, good loot possibilities. Otherwise run for your life. This varies greatly on every play style. Just giving out my opinion here. That is the way we play, you may find different roles/styles to your liking. This game is very interesting regarding the PVP options. 3. Crafting: this is really vague. Craft what?....you have lots of possiblities to craft things: fish rods, archs, camp fires, medical area...backpacks...etc 4. ?.....WTF? Cheers and enjoy the game.....
