  1. Looks like the Longhorn is better than the Obrez for pretend sniping. turn rate longhorn > obrez accuracy longhorn (7 MOA) > obrez (10 MOA) magazine capacity obrez > longhorn And the Longhorn has a scope. You can generally quickscope up to 200m.

    I usually use the dot in 1PP because the sawed-off shotgun might have misaligned sights. It's not as long as the full one yet the scoped stance is the same.

    Stats are still the same. You're full of placebo, m8. Effective range for a full size shotgun is around 60m. Sawed-off is around 35m. These are the approx ranges you can get that one OP pellet to hit a torso hitbox around 2 ft wide. You're best zeroing down to 50m and using the dot to aim. The gun misses past those ranges because of high dispersion.

    I ran games just fine when I had 4 GBs of memory. Doubt memory would affect FPS severely.

    But that's wrong. DayZ's client is 32-bit so it can use under 4 GBs of memory. The game's actually CPU bottlenecked most of the time, ramping up my GPU's core clocks did almost nothing. I'm sure if I tried to overclock my Phenom more I'll get better performance. But it's currently at 3.75 GHz at almost stock volts.

    Lol. You can't craft ammo without reloading tools, which are practically workstation size.

    They only spawn in heli crashes (random). Heli crashes don't work in .47 stable so good luck finding one. AKs currently spawn in barracks. Statistically, the AK101 is a shittier M4. Mosins are pretty much civvy spawns only.

  13. lel All ammunition in this game does the same damage regardless of barrel length. Don't want to send the wrong message to new shooters, because that's wrong.

    Pistols should spawn loaded. What moron doesn't have their guns loaded in a zombie apocalypse?
  16. copy irl loading process ??? everything just works no more two-mag setups I would still support keybinded reloads. Leave the inventory system to the pre-battle ammo management.

  18. It's shitty netcode. The server tickrate for full servers is still less than 30 so you get kill trading.

    Mtn packs used to spawn at train stations. Dunno if this was changed because I haven't seen them there.

    full shotgun 68.8 MOA ---> 34.4 MOA sawed-off 275.2 MOA -----> 68.8 MOA damage rating 6 ------> 60 Now the question is, does it still fire only one pellet? That's insane if it still does. While I was firing the sawed-off the groupings looked like there was only one pellet.

    A damage rating of 60 should be enough to kill anything it touches. In comparison, the mosin's rating is 12.
