You have to use a static heli crash that got loot cycled. I've been trying to trigger loot spawns but nothing happens. My buddy found his RAK in these helis.

Scopes also spawn in that log cabin in the prison town west of Svetlo.

Make every part of the map a possible spawn. Make the spawns weighted chance based on how west it is. Game is fixed.
