It was like playing CoD's Gun Game. Most of my stuff is what other players owned, which is why I had some useless stuff I hadn't dropped yet. My hot bar wasn't that important, so I left it cluttered while I was shooting people.

It's not bugged. There were loads of 300k stacks in the ammo box. Everything was ruined due to battle damage, but I could take the stacks out, split it, and use the ammo.

You know how respawning zombies are completely fine game-wise? It's because the zombies that spawn with the map load before the map is fully loaded. That's right, we've had these problems all these months because someone couldn't be assed to make zombies load later.

Pre-desync patch, you could keep running, press esc, and log out. You would then desync a few meters depending on how long you kept running into the wall.

Dude, there were so many zeds that they aggro'd on people I didn't see yet.

Hell, someone even told me the MP M4 has the least dispersion in the game. Even so, it doesn't change how 5.56x45mm is weaker than the other cartridges.

Terrible idea. If it's in the game for any reason whatsoever and isn't hacking, it should be permitted. This is how competition works, unfortunately. You either have to wait for the devs to do shit about it and fix it or jump ship to a game that listens to pointless qqing. Use a bandage or any other action on them and it'll show their names.

Asking for balance in DayZ is weird. Players progress by getting gear, so the OP and other people are probably also complaining about the greater inequalities between players when they qq about getting sniped. Git your own nugget. :^)

My buddy and I were getting shot at from a shooter perched up a hill while we were trying to find him. Both of us knew we were aiming on target, but we could not kill him and eventually both of us were slayed. I thought about it, and I realized that both of our M4A1s were zeroed to the default 100 meters. We hadn't thought about it very much since we were using guns that didn't have zeroing or were so close it didn't matter.The shooter was a few trees apart from us, probably less than 50 meters. Could this have gotten us killed?

My group found a guy at the top of a fire station. He was nervous and told us to take whatever we wanted that was still there as he climbed down. He had a gas mask on and I couldn't tell if he was a crazed killer or a normal survivor. My buddies surrounded him and shot him.
