No. A bunch of the servers are dc'd from the hives though so you might think so. Also OP, that town is called Novo. I don't remember the full name. It's been there since .45 exp and it's huge.

Morel like a lot of the crappy servers are disconnected from the hive. Hop around and it'll work fine.

I dragged a 60 round stack to an empty mag. Nothing happened, the ammo disappeared and I literally got this smiley in the notification area: <3 Rocket bloody did it again. -
Dunno. There might be some weight in the choice of items spawned. I can't remember how Rocket made the LRS spawn less often.

There's a list of possible spawns in a certain spot. It picks one item.

OP, you're making a false distinction between military and civilian gear. Sometimes there isn't a difference. For example, in the U.S you can own NFA firearms with proper licensing in the right state, body armor, helmets, and all of other crap you listed. Military specification is sometimes literally the best bang for buck contract the military could get. I expect the item spawns in the game to be spread out a bit more later. But no, civilian vs military is a false dichotomy.

Whatever happens, the NE spawns need to be nerfed. I'm so sick and tired of being in the Berezino area all the time. -
I'd like to mention that .45 ACP and .357 have the same damage value AND do more damage than 5.56.

I use 0.1175 sens and 500 DPI. Mucking around the settings sometimes resets it to default.

I found two AKMs in a police station once. Never found a mag there, though.

*5.56 moves at 884 m/s and 7.62x51 moves at 860 m/s Don't think there's a value for air friction. If there is, I can't remember it. -

Muzzle velocity for 5.56 is around 840 m/s whilst 7.62x51 is around 880 m/s (sauce: game files). And you can rangefind with the ACOG. -
Offense should always be slightly stronger than defense for the sake of gameplay. Breaching isn't impossible right now, but the stalemates have to go.
