The 'bandwidth' value appears to be measuring connection speed in kbps. I'm not sure about band however. I've seen it go absolutely fucking crazy, and it correlates with traffic on my NIC going absolutely fucking crazy. So yes. Latency is not a good indicator for this, by the way.

Yes. You have to stop moving (briefly release the W key) in order to start sprinting, with turbo you can transition to sprinting seamlessly. That's the only difference. -

Did you miss the part where they're "experimental"? FWIW the "stable" branch is buggy as all hell right now too, and has been since they pushed the bad update (.34). .35 didn't really fix the memleak, they just band-aided it. -

Server logs or video footage, Sil vous plait. Thus far I haven't seen a single positive confirmation of a teleport hack. -
The broken glass is just because glass hasn't, for the most part, been implemented yet. I assume it takes place a few years after patient zero.

They spawn in houses/shops. I find them most often in those buildings that look like small boarded up storefronts. There's also a clan that will come out and splint you if you get on their teamspeak and ask nicely. That brony clan you see on the forums here.

I think you're talking about manipulating PBO files. Yes it's a known issue. What do you want? As long as battleeye isn't checking PBOs IN RAM rather than on disk this is going to keep happening. -
Combine a rag and stick to make a splint and apply to self. Or find a morphine injector and use that.

No mine veers ~.5md to the left in 1920x1080 at 500m. I just account for it. I have a pretty wide FOV, but not quite "Quake style". -

It has to do with your FOV and desktop resolution, and use of 16x9, 16x10 or 4x3 desktop resolutions (note how it doesn't happen in a 4x3 with the default FOV) You can get it to center correctly, but it's easier to just account for the discrepancy.
