It is most likely a combination of the game and your internet connection. Mostly the game though.

I don't mind having on underwear so my dong isn't swinging everywhere, but when I take off my shirt I don't want there to be an undershirt. Anyone know of plans to change this?

The weight/fatigue system will also make people carry less weapons. Especially, those who carry a rifle on their back and one in their hands. -

I have seen talk of shields and even brought it up myself. I think it would make sense to make them from items like stop signs and scrap wood and the best ones would be the police/military riot shields. -
Most of the suggestions I saw in this thread = HELL NO! We don't need any military grade rockets, grenades, or huge machine guns. I personally hope there is no explosives besides a few improvised explosive devices such as molotov cocktails and pipe bombs.

I was killed by a teleporting hacker on a hardcore server. I logged out at the NEAF hidden in a bush last night and logged back in this morning and the server was empty. The doors on the building I was facing had it's door closed, then suddenly they flew open and I kept my gun aimed at the doors. I checked the server list and one other player was on the server. The next thing I know I am getting lit up from behind and never saw the guy come through those doors. Congratulations on having a tiny penis, bro.

Yeah, little man. I am 7'4" and 400lbs of pure muscle. I bench press my wife's Hummer every morning before she goes to work. -
If you are wearing all of the clothing with lots of slots you definitely do not need a backpack. I am wearing basic stuff on my hardcore cowboy so I had to make an improvised backpack to carry a few extra items.

The ruined battery is definitely not going to work. You should be fine with a damaged battery though. -
I have a pristine LRS on hardcore if anyone is interested. Things I am looking for are: Magpul handguard, Magpul buttstock, ACOG, and an M4 silencer. Let me know what you got and are willing to trade.
