Yes, I am playing exclusively on the experimental servers because I like testing out the new stuff immediately and people are generally nicer over there. I have yet to personally see zombies on the roofs though.

Why ruin the experience for lots of people just because you don't like something? Wait until there are private servers and you can enforce any rules you want. -
Who knows what the developers will or will not do anymore. I don't keep up on much of what they have to say because I don't frequent Reddit or Twitter. I just thought it would be nice to open the door to important buildings and get swarmed by zombies.
