Considering that you can sneak up on someone without them hearing your footsteps right now allows you to kill them with an axe very easily and quietly. I think that is about the best we are going to get though. -

You used to be able to log out then log back in with healed legs. That has been fixed but is it really that hard to crawl around for a while until you find morphine or a rooftop to roll off of?
