Are you tired of player who doesn't care to die just because he is no stuff or he wants to suicide to find a better spawn ? I have a solution about that : Make a timer on each player -> 3 died+ in less than 1 hour : timer of 300s. 6 died+ in less than 2 hour : timer of 600s. 12 died+ in less than 4 hour : timer of 1200s. . . . . etc...etc. With this solution, all player will cooperate with group when they are hostage, they will not suicide to find a better spawn, they will care about their virtual life. Sure this solution is just an example, you can adjust the numbers to be more or less drastic.
