Indeed so I agree, it should be Red orchestra style. as even though that game is an FPS, sometimes I have to take time to kill people or even just let people go simply because I was sprinting so long and the sway was massive, but I could of been accurate enough if I hadn't sprinted for so long, so that way the guns can be realistically accurate by still balanced. As I personally don't want to have gunfights which end in a couple of shots, they should be prolonged long enough due to the sway etc

Yeah, in their bases, if any where still there. Because they wouldn't be the first to respond, and they only would once it is too late and it is about holding back the invasion, so they would probably be at the coast or at their base trying to stop the zombies and get the civilians out. But there stuff wouldn't be everywhere, only a few places. And even then there weapons would be very rare.

Yes, but KOS adds to the survival, if you get killed by people then you are not surviving well enough. If I wanted to just survive I would go to the 90% of the map where I wouldn't see anyone, and that is a good survival tactic, stock up on stuff and find a place to live happily. I also doubt that we will be seeing less KOS mentality, as most people KOS at airfields because they are worried about losing their stuff, now imagine that when good stuff is harder find, meaning the people who get it first are clans or bandit groups and other people would try anything to get the stuff they have due to how hard it is to get, and they don't want to be killed by them. Even though I barely KOS (I just kill after giving it thought), I would kill a well equipped player any day if I was a new spawn, even more so then as now as I would have nothing to lose and everything to gain. And if I was a highly equipped player, if a bambi hadn't seen me I would let them pass, if not then I would kill them even more as I dont want to lose my stuff either.

1911 can't take attatchments, although ATM I dont see the point in the 1911 considering it doesn't seem any more commen when it should be because of it's insurperiority

Well im thinking it's for balancing, because if they did make guns more accurate then I would know I would of been killed 4 times by people who missed me due to the innacuracy of their guns, and while im not a guy to complain about being killed by guns, we all know about peace activists who would cry and winge all day long because they got killed in 3 shots by a stock M4 at 200m's away with relative ease, unlike the few mags it takes now.

Nope, only Russians went to Berlin, the chance of them finding a M1 is nearly 0%. Americans only went to Berlin after the fighting and thus would not of been killed.

Yes, but they would or should only be found in certain areas, such as the bases used by the USMC for example. The UN helmets were used by Chernarus anyway, so thats why they are there, and the UK assault vests, well IDK why they are there but I guess just like Ukraine (which has been seen using quite a bit of DPM) Chernarus could of used them as well.

Yeah but thats not Chernarus, which is meant to be poorer than the czech republic and on Russias doorstep, Chernarus is very similar to Ukraine militarily and they almost exclusively use AK-74s and AKM's

Guns are fine! And quit with the "Oh people wanna play COD" People who would enjoy COD would not enjoy this as much, because people like that get bored, COD players get bored playing BF because they have to walk a couple minutes more, People who play Battlefield get bored of Arma because there is less destruction and still not enough action. The people who want to kill others are just Bandits and are part of the game deal with it.

NO! NO! JUST NO! STOP SAYING THAT EVERY BANDIT IS FROM COD OR BATTLEFIELD Because they are not, trust me your average COD or Battlefield player would get so bored that they wouldn't play for hours on end, hell some people I knew hated Battlefield just because on the PS3 version they played on they had to walk 2 minutes to find someone. But yes this is meant to be a survival game, so what is wrong with people wanting to be the hunters? They add to the survival element as it teaches people not to go running alone the coast and expect not to die!

Agreed, it just punishes the newly spawned players, as they lack the bandages and due to server lag I have died 2 times to zombies because I couldn't even bandage myself.

I hate this update... I mean we just had to rush them didn't we? Because now all that happens is that I get killed by BS, was nearly maxed out, and then bam when I press tab to pick up some loot on a 2 storey building it pushes my character through the wall and I get killed. Killed by zombies 2 times, jesus its not about manning up when im completely defenseless because while on my screen im running around im actually being beaten to death by zombies, or I can't even bandage myself despite having no desync and 19 pings because of server lag so I die again. I don't blame the devs for this, but of course this could of been avoided if we didn't push them so hard,

Whats bad is that the walk through walls and then do it by hitting you through the floor... I'm all for making zombies harder, but insta bleed isn't the way, especially not when we have constant network problems and they are buggy as hell. In my view the best type of zombies are like the ones in breaking (but less buggy still) so that 1 in 1 they aren't powerful but when you have 50 suddenly swarm then its hard, and as you can see on the videos they nearly always end up having to shoot the zombies, in dayz I still don't all I have to do is melee hit them simply because they are so annoying I don't want to attract more, they aren't hard but atm they are just incredibly annoying.

But not nearly 90% are hugely innacurate, yes there is variety but not all mosins can only be accurate once being modified. Its like me sayibg that if I get a type-56 AK, which was never issued and put into storage and Some people say they are pos and are not accurate weapons unless I make modifications etc, and then I get a pp-19, and because it is "modern manufactured" it wkll be more accurate, even at 300m? Just because the type 56 is a pos because it is a cheap chinese clone?

Im not saying it is a precision rifle, but saying a AK is more accurate than a Mosin at range is ludicrous. After all an AK is definitely not a precision weapon, it's not as inaccurate as people think, but it is not as accurate as a Mosin. Also not all AK's are "Modern manufactured", so they aren't all brand new and accurate. Just like not all Russian Mosins are 100 years old have been through 5 years of war, bashed around, and then used in constant shooting since then and now are all hole ridden, with their stocks and barrels all over the place and all the rifling gone, many as I said before can be found un-issued after being put into storage and while not the most accurate thing in the world, will be more accurate than your average AK.

+1 to that! I love EMR, I must say though, no to that razzle dazzle style camo, it just looks (ugly) and isn't as effecive as others in a urban environment.

yes, but not all have been in use continually from WW2, some weren't even fired in anger and where put nearly immediately into storage after WW2! So yes a high quality AK will have smaller groups than a bad Mosin, but a high quality Mosin will have better accuracy than a high quality AK, even if it's not by that much, it should still be more accurate, and not all Mosins are over 100 years old, some will only be 70 at most, so Mosins aren't all in accurate, as yes I have been online and some have been getting terrible groupings, but just as many have been getting very good groupings, and even some of the bad ones can be fixed by a bit of shimming. So it depends on the gun, and I guess there are more bad qaulity AK's than Mosins due to their high use in modern day conflicts and it is usually the same rifles in those conflict going from one to another across the black market.

well I was comparing it to the AKM, as that what was said in the original photo, but it could be a AK-100 series still due to the non ribbed upper receiver (which AK-74m's also have) Also it depends how hard they have been used, hell some L85's I have seen, which are barely even used still have chips and wear and tear and they are just used on guard duties! And if it is a 7.62 rifle (which is hard to tell due to lack of mag) it is almost definitely a AK-103, due to smooth receiver, folding stock, side-rail and almost vertical gas vent from barrel to gas tube.

While I love the AKM, it is in no way more accurate than the Mosin, I know you hate that rifle, but my good they aren't all POS, if they were all less accurate than AKM's by that much, then the Russian snipers wouldn't of hit barely as many germans as they did, and they soviets would of fitted all their AK 47's with scopes and replaced the Mosin a lot earlier than the 1960's. I admit some are not as accurate, but in no way are they all...
