i was forunate enough to actually still constantly get the error yet no longer freeze up and im good too go, my method was to reinstall dayz, set admin privalges to steam and dayz and then restart my pc. also manually updated battleye. edit: also gave BEclient.dll permissions to change profile.

nobody seems to be responding to these threads, i have initialization problems too, then it reports my GUID and i wind up with a stange stutter that is unplayable. sometimes resulting in a kick. seems to be due to battleye not updating properly, even though i manually put the file where it needed to be.

please try and help us soon with battleye errors. some of us just purchased early access and seem to be unable to play on battleye servers do to (manual and auto) update process not working correctly. i have manually updated, reinstalled, gone to experimental then back to stable, given permissions, and much more to try to fix it. i know its alpha so i understand theres issues but id love to start testing for you guys!

i just purchased early access and unfortunately haven't been able to play yet due to this exact issue, all mentioned fixes listed here and elswhere seem to be futile lol. specs are i5-3470 @ 3.2 Radeon HD 7770 8gb DDR3 windows 7 ultimate 64-bit any ideas would be very helpful.
