    Hey guys.

     

    So, I know I told everyone that my team and I moved our shop over to the NEAF, but we ended up heading back to Berezino to rendezvous with a buddy of ours.

     

    Ended up putting the hurt of 4 fellas up in the construction site. Here you guys go:

    I would add emotions to your character, like fear. When you first start off, your fear level is 100% and when you get near zombies you are more jittery, your guy screams and you can trip and fall (another thing I would add, a percentage to trip over your own foot when fleeing). The longer you play, and the more you encounter zombies, the more bold you are and you can actually face zombies head on (like Carl from the Walking Dead).

     

    I would love to hear my guy cuss whenever a zombie starts chasing him, at least for the first few times.

    This guy has actually been kind in his replies and from what I can tell hasn't insulted anyone. I think this is reverse trolling that has so far...failed completely.

     

    But he is showing all his kills, me being one of them. I know it's a game but idk... I guess you are right, I mean the game is just 20% done, so there's not much to do (even though theres a lot to do, thanks Rocket!)
     
    I am torn because at one point I was okay, but when I saw my body laying there in his pic I was insulted!
    But in-game he never said anything mean in actuality.
     
    I'm inspired to be more of a hunter, rather than someone who just "follows" anyone saying "friendly" to me...

    So far, I've tried the following:

     

    1) First off I will never log out in the water again while swimming, I will be on a flat surface

    2) I tried to log into the same server I died in, but my history log is huge and I've tried 8 -10 servers so far (I've recorded which servers don'r work for me)

    3) I've tried to nook for servers called "Character Reset" or "Experimental" however it doesn't solve the issue on normal servers

    4) I've tried changing both my DayZ alias and steam name, doesn't do anything

    5) I've tried going on a server and waiting for it to restart, not sure what happened but it didn't work

    6) I've search the internet and other forums on this issue, and so far no solution has worked for me

     

    the only thing I haven't tried was:

     

    a) Buy DayZ again

    b) Contact Rocket

    c) Quit

    You don't lose your charakter more or less often as you do on regular servers.

     

    The only difference by now is that 3rd-Person-View is forbidden and removed on hardcore servers.

    There may be some more differences in the future between regular and hardcore, but for now it is only the view.

     

    And before you ask: If you don't like the head bobing in first person view, you can lower it or turn it off in the settings under the option "head bob". :)

    OKAY Thanks I may just play Hardcore mode! It looks fun and more realistic, thanks for answering my question

    go into recent games dude and join the one you think it is

    or you can go and change your character setting as in apperance an maybe it will give a new spawn

    I've tried both.. so far I can play on hardcore servers so I may just do that (but what is hatrdcore server?)

     

    Will I lose my character all the time on a hardcore server? I dont get it, the only difference I see is hardcore is only 1st person view

    Hey guys so I jumped into the water and logged out... upon logging back in, my guy just keeps dieing and it won't let me respawn.

     

    I went online for a fix, and apparently I need to log into the server i died in, so I've been trying that, but to no luck.

     

    I'm guessing I can't play DayZ for a long time now, until this is fixed or I find that same server.

     

    It's just hard with the timers now.

    Hey I know why you like killing us.. Because you're a psycho.

    GUYS I'm telling you he will talk to you for 15 minutes or longer and even run around with you and give you prestine stuff! He have me canned food, water bottle, black mosin pristine with a long range scope, and then I heard gun shots and died.

    This is why he psycho.

    We talked about running to the crop circle north of the north east airfield, we talked about lighting up bilota (spelling) book exchange, we talked about fishing, the gym...

    Then POP.

    I'm dead.

    Wtf you are I'm sure the one who killed me twice in a row. Your stupid friends tricked me by giving me food and I knew there were at least two people but after one disappeared you pre-maturely yelled "ARE YOU OK" and then after that I heard a gunshot and died. wtf dude I knew that was my body in the pic but wasn't sure but now I know for a fact!

    It's kool I'll never step foot in berenzino again. You idiot fag

    Why do you kill these people? They aren't even a threat are they? Or did they have handguns too?

     

    It seems like a waste of ammo to shoot these people because they don't have anything valuable. I get shot like this all the time and it drives me crazy! I turn the game off sometimes. Maybe you should stop shooting everyone and make friends to make the game more enjoyable for the rest of us.

    Thank you, everyone.. I've spent some time thinking and reading about this and will grab a weapon, loot only places I know and want, and I won't trust ANYONE.

    I am NOT trigger happy, in fact I rarely use a gun so far (mostly firefighter axe), and I'm looking away from the coast.

    It's just so sad that I'm so afraid of firing by bandits than zeds...

    I hope this will be more of a zombie game instead of call of duty...

    How do you avoid dieing from bandits? I'm just in Berinzino (spelling) and always get shot by someone. Before it was Cherno so I moved to the North East...

     

    Someone always yells, "BUNS" and I think it's friendly, so I call back, but then I hear gun shots and die!!! I came back multiple times and here "BUNS" or "BUNNY" and then get shot. I think this is a joke.

     

    I cannot gear up so I may move to another town :(

    I remember coming there twice and got shot up twice... no biggie, it's Alpha and I will get you guys back!

     

    I think you guys are a good shot because I was zig zagging and all of  a sudden after I saw you down the road (or one of your expert team mates), it just said "You are dead"...
