I stopped following the forums and patch notes for some months and was quite disillusioned about DayZ. But I noticed the more detailed and well-organized patch notes of last weeks and I'm really hyped again by now. :D

We need them soon imho! Snipers have an unfair advantage at the moment, binoculars would compensate this a bit.

I started a new character on the experimental branch and were sick from the beginning. It was hard to survive, but after some time I managed to be energized and hydrated (light green).The sick status went away without meds after 30 minutes or so, I'm healthy now. :)

I started with regular, but in the meantime I like hardcore more. It's more immersive and other players seem to be more friendly on hardcore.

To see your blood type in the inventory after testing your blood would be great!

When loot respawn is implemented I think a higher penalty would be fine (15-30 minutes maybe). Edit: Ok server crashes, disconnects, fps drops are certain problems. These must be resolved first, then higher the penalty.

I voted for C. I was in a similar situation myself two days ago. I was looting a barracks as I saw a guy with drawn weapon outside. He told me "they" would be friendly. I responded that I am friendly too. Few seconds later I saw his friend, so I knew there were at least two people. I had a bad feeling, but I tried to trust them. So i put my gun away, walked outside and raised my hands. ...this f***ing guys handcoffed me and shot me to death two minutes later. Lesson learned, don't trust people with drawn weapons, even if they respond.

I was a fresh spawn, I didn't have a gun. But I should've taken his axe earlier... ^^

I lost my well geared character due to the "fps drop and fall through the floor" bug. So I started a new one and the first few minutes were awesome! Of course I tried to find something to eat and drink in the first place. So I ran to a house nearby, the doors were open. I was disappointed and didn't expect to find anything useful. I jogged into the first room and was SHOCKED! :o There was a guy looting two dead bodies, the axe still in his hands. He didn't notice me first, so I punched him from behind. He glitched out of the house, but came back inside immediately. The scene as he came up with the axe in his hand back into the room was thrilling. He attacked me, but didn't strike. I punched him hard again and he went down. I thought he was dead, so I started to loot the first guy. That was a BAD MISTAKE! A few seconds later he wasn't unconscious anymore and hit me hard with his axe. My screen went a bit grey and blurry, but I ran outside, strafed left and right to evade his attacks. We had a hell of a fight, some strikes by me, one by him. But in the end he died and I survived with a grey, very blurry screen. I looted both the axe guy and the two dead bodies, quite a nice start for a new survival adventure. :D

When I join a server my character yells like he is hurt. But he's neither bleeding nor sick and he has the healthy status. Is this a bug or can my arm be broken (I can walk and run)? Can I even see if my bones are broken?

I have no flickering items on my M4, but I had beans and sodas with broken textures in my Small Protector Case, the fps dropped so hard. I opened/consumed that stuff, the fps drop is gone. :) Broken textures where mentioned in another thread, don't know it's title atm.
