Try to jump, get on the ground (prone) and try Q&E next to the wall. I had similar problem and I couldn't get out, thank god some players noticed me and they shot me.

I had similar problem today, I was on a hill and I had FPS lag when it was raining. Not all the time tho. I don't think my computer is too bad for this game, few months old and spent lots of money on the parts.

2 guys started to shoot at me and my friends, my friends went unconscious and I shot the other guys. After that I donated some blood to my friend since my bloodtype is O-. After recovering from the gunfight, we decided to leave Elektro. One of my friends was in need of bloodbag + syringe so we had this guy handcuffed and we let him go after he gave us those. Chilling on a hill.

Good job! Some people just kill on sight, few days ago I was running without anything on me and suddenly three guys killed me for nothing. Good to see someone dealing with players like them!
