Try going to a less populated server.

If you started on a Normal server, and logged back onto a hardcore server then that might be a reason why.

Enter next to the numpad, you can change the control in the assignments if you want too.

You're probably sick/infected.

If possible always keep moving with another player nearby.

I would of done the same thing.

That would certainly make the game feel better, and cause for some funnier encounters.

It's just an anti-server hopping thing, I guess.

I wouldn't recommend blood bags now because of blood types, if you have a friend try just Saline. But if you eat enough food you should heal up, works fine for me.

Most times the server time should match the day time, not sure what happened with you.

I once had my guy groan when punching a wall, so it might be some kind of ricochet.

Try not to stuff your face with every food you find, take food into moderation.

Either sick, or has a wound.

Be patient, and eventually the loot will come.
