I would love to get a response from DayZ.st support regarding my FTP info NOT working since I purchased the server over 2 weeks ago. I have sent you 4 emails and put in 2 tickets at http://support.dayz.st and STILL no response. I dont understand how you guys can claim that you have "24/7" coverage yet not answer a single one of my emails. Instead of claiming that "the email was not received" you should follow up with my via PM or this forum to try to resolve the issue. Instead of making excuses of why you dont want to support your current customers. This is just getting ridiculous.....

Hello all, I hope this is the right forums to post this in. I have searched for weeks trying to find a few main features I want to add to my DayZ Chernarus 1.8.0.3 private server from DayZ.st but I can not for the life of me find any information about it so I decided to "hire" someone to do the job. I am currently in need of the following for my donators: 1. Private weapon Crates only accessible if UIDs are added access otherwise hide crate 2. Private helicopters that will only allow the UIDs I add access to get into it and fly it 3. Private garages that will look shut to players UIDs that are not added access but will be open to those who have access If you need a more in depth description of what I am looking for please PM. @ersan191 I have personally sent 2-3 emails regarding not being able to log into my FTP since I purchased my server over a week ago with no response. Can you please look into this? I would really appreciate it if someone at DayZ.st could look into this ASAP as I am unable to update Battleye filters/etc.. Just in case I will put in a support ticket as well. I know they are available on a 1.8.0.3 non-Epoch server because I found a server that has all of them and its working. I would love to get this scripted for my server.

Sorry to bring up an old topic but DayZ.st support seems to be non-existent. I am also having the same issue with connecting to FTP information provided by the control panel. Anyone have any input at all? I have tried sql username/password, db.dayz.st hostname, etc.. Help would be much appreciated so I can get my battleye filters setup. Thanks!
