wuffi (DayZ)

Well i usually play on german servers but last night i connected to some east coast servers. Had no problem with the ping (between 50-80). (In central europe i have about a 20-30 ping) I get the worst ping (i was just interessted) on asian servers. Its unplayable most times on asian servers because of the ping.

Well i respect them too ;) But lets face it unfortunately we are just a small minority :( btw. i love a good firefight! I simple don´t KOS on a pve server. Why this upsets so many people here is beyond me. I mean their server their rules... And as said there are so many pvp servers out there that you really don´t have to ruin the game for people who want to enjoy dayz on a somehow peacefull server. Btw those servers can be fun. Just for example i just ran into 3 people with my magnum visible holstered. i quickly raised my hands while i noticed that 3 rifles are getting pointed at me. (i was just simple waiting for the shot because i thought that at least one guy will shoot me because of my gun...) But nobody fired. I suddenly heard a voice that told me that i can take down my arms and slowly move away from them. This was FUN because of the interaction. Maybe if i would have started to run they would have shot me... But i complied (and was extreme carefull) And as i slowly moved away i saw that they did stop pointing their weapons at me... I earned their trust! THAT WAS FUN because the situation could have get out of control anytime. But because everybody stayed calm nobody got shot!

As long as loot doesn´t respawn we definitely need MORE guns because to be honest try to find a weapon on a full server that allready runs for 2 hours... Simple not possible. So you need to server hop to find a gun before you can return to a full server. In personal i don´t like to server hop but to be honest it´s still better than running around for 2 hours untill you maybe find a single 45er pistol (without a mag of course ;)

Forget talking to him. Must be a little kid or a sociopath (at least here on the internet where he feels strong because he is anonymous) Looking at his narrow minded "answers" it´s just a waste of time to try to talk some basic sense into him. He will not get it anyway.

So because YOU choose not to play this way means that all other people have to play like you too? Sorry but where is the CHOICE for other people if you start to KOS everyone on a server where people clearly state that this is not welcome?

So you are not allowed to have rules on private servers... So what? Does that mean that i have to ruin the fun of some players who simple want to have a server where they help each other instead of KOS each other? I mean if i want PVP there are countless servers where this is indeed very welcome... Would it be so hard to leave the few people who want to play this game a little different alone?

Unortunately (as the posts here clearly show) most people don´t respect this. In personal i have nothing against PVP But it would be nice if people would respect the server rules (will not happen). I mean if you like pvp feel free to kill as many people as you want in one of the countless pvp servers. But as said most people will never respect this. There are too much a§§holes playing this game who think that if you don´t like their style of play you shouldn´t play at all. Sad but true.

Well Today i was hunted from an invisible zombie ;) I could not outrun him nor could i hit him with my axe. A server change solved the problem.

Sorry but i don´t think that a multiplayer game should be modded.

Found one today at a military base (just short after i dropped my sks and all the ammo for an m4 "because i was totally frustrated searching for hours for a single scope :( )

Ok today i finally got a long range scope for the first time. So it was sniping time ;) Unfortunately i put it on a mosin. I mean dear devs how should someone learn to snipe when you don´t see the impact of the bullet because of the reload of the mosin? Of course i can zero my scope in between 200-800 meters. But it really doesn´t help because of the simple fact i do not see if my shot was too low or too high.

Hey today i died from drinking a soda. Must had cyanide inside because i dropped dead bevore i could even finish drinking ;)

Because today i was hit from a SKS (i know the sound ;) and all it did was a little bump. I wasn´t even bleeding nor did i became unconscious. Without the bump i would not even have noticed the hit because i allso had about 3/4 of my health left after the hit.

Oh that simple because my vision changed a little bit. (But i was no dramatic change like usually when i get hit and have the luck to survive it) And my "healthy" status was no longer there. But i was still hydrated and energized.

Well its easy to trust an unarmed (or armed with an axe ;) I never shoot those people as long as they don´t attack me. But once you are geared up i usually will kill you because of the "fear" that if i don´t shoot first you will shoot me.

I logged in first on an empty server went to cherno to check the (usuall) Buldings for guns. There were countless fireaxes but i found only one 45 pistol (without mag of course ;) No magnum, no rifle just nothing.... And i searched in cherno for about 30 minutes on an restarted empty sever????

I mean since the walking dead how can a zombi apocalypse happen without people having a crossbow? ;) btw. my personal crossbow is ready for the zombi invasion. (just enshure that there are no more than 8 zombies because then i would run out of bolts ;)

Yeah this part of the game real sucks! I mean why store food and water if it gets destroyed anyway the moment you would really need it?

Sorry but i have been in the military + i do own (and shoot guns) But to even think that you can hit a target 1100 meters away with a 5,56 assault rifle is just batshit crazy!

Sorry but did you ever fire a gun in real life? Wow so barrel lenght does not effect accuracy? I guess then the militarry is made out of idiots because snipers prever heavy calibre and a long barrel. But good to know that they are all wrong because all you need is a pistol with a nice optic to hit targets 500 yads away /S And sorry but your vid doesn´t show the target. A hit at 1100 meters with a 5,56 mm standart assault rifle? LOL dream on!

Cherno is usually the first stop for everyone who is looking for a gun. so in generall you will encounter the most people there.

LOL firing an m4 at 500 meters... Dude the standart assault rifle of today is build to hit a target up to 300 meters. Some rifles will allso hit a traget at 400-500 meters if you have a nice optic. But fact is the M4 is not one of them! The M4 has a short barrel and fires a 5,56 mm bullet so believe it or not but in real life an old mosin would have better accuracy at long range because it fires a larger calibre (7,62) and has a longer barrel.

Do you dress your self "stylish" or do you dress strictly for camoflage. In personal camoflage is everything for me. (I even don´t wear the big red hiking backback because the smaller green one gives me more camoflage). But how about you? Edit: Oh and i never wear those payday masks ;) (btw. i love the game payday) because in think this mask crys out loud "I´m a BANDIT!!!" :)

Towns held by clans where you can trade and enjoy (at least a little safety). Other clans who might want to take over the town ;) The "badlands" between the "civillized" areas where you can "meet" bandits and andventurers.... I know that something like this is not possible :( But this would be the perfect game (at least for me) Ps: feel free to post your view of the "perfect" apocalypse :)

Yeah the mosin got rare. For every mosin i find 3 SKS (and about 10 of the new double barreled rifles ) Same for the .45 pistol I allways find tons of ammo for it but the pistol itself became VERY rare- And even if you find one the gun will usually have no mag. And mags for this pistol are even more rare then the pistol itself.
