Devil... School circle. Take a seat. It is not zoom. If anything, normal view is like looking through binos backwards. Objects in mirror are closer than they appear. When you right click it actually shows you normal life perspective. They just are taking into account peripheral vision in regular/non-zoomed view to make it easier to see the world.

So what does handcuffs do to the player wearing them? They can't access their inventory, but they can still move? But if they log out they die? Isn't cuffing the same as killing? Who really carries keys?

I would take anything I read in an Australian military manual with a grain of salt... Especially if they have Dane Cook writing the jokes. But all that aside, my Bear comments were tongue in cheek. I just meant to say that civilian clothes are equal or better than military clothes. All things being equal. Ergo, the buffs should be roughly equal for TTKoS gear and "Hunter" pants. I dunno. My original point was that civilian attire that is as functional, resilient and waterproof is available at any number of sporting good stores. And that military gear tends to be fairly shitty anyway. But I think bolas would be better than ties. And I would like to see JNCO jeans so I can rave.
