I think this fix is great. I've been calling for a 3pp "fog of war" solution for literally days. I also only play on hardcore servers because of 3pp advantages. I prefer 1pp. Point being... Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

I think a server hopper could be someone who logs out next to airfields and then logs back in when the server is empty and looks like it will be easy pickings. So it was the first server you hopped on for the day... Hey! I don't give a shit what you do... Just saying how it looks.

Who says it's a "zombie survival horror MMO?" Don't answer, I'll tell you. No one. The developer website calls it a "gritty, authentic, open-world survival horror hybrid-MMO..." In fact, I'm having a hard time finding the word zombie on any official website.

I fully agree that one hit always kills should go away, but I know that this is an alpha and will surely change. Yes, if it makes sense in game (i.e. Military zombie wearing body armor) then more than one shot body kills should be required. But non-armored zombies that are shot in the heart should go down like a Viagra-less investment banker.

It's a feature. The devs call it Alpha.

How is this OP better than a server hopper?!? He logs in to an empty server a few seconds away from the airfield and runs over there to gear up before anyone else does... Someone else decides to do virtually the same thing and then one of them dies and cries on the forums. #confused

Partially agree. But really you think it should take two bullets to the heart minimum to kill them? Why pray tell? Just because it's not a headshot or because the Dean Virus (as I like to call it) causes your chest and ribs to fuse solid?

I'm with the army nerd on this one too. I run it on my 2012 MBP retina and have mostly normal graphic settings and it runs great. Using windows 8.1. Haven't done a FPS but unless I'm dumb enough to run into the projects of Cherno it's fine.

10:30-11:00 pm for sunset? I don't think so. I don't join servers at 1600+ because it's usually too dark to enjoy. However I will play a lot more night servers when they fix the lighting issues.

That would be cool in any other game. But in this game world I don't expect "infected" living humans to crawl out of the ground. That's as bad as headshot only kills.

I consider playing another game. I had a server reset today after joining and it still gave me the whole timer. Annoying. Helps ghosting I guess but shit if I care about ghosts.
