Rubberbanding is very minimal if you don't run around like a dik (as you can see in the youtube vids wining about it), you should only rly get it bad one or twice an hour. When you've been playing on a server for 10+ mins and it resets or you leave you will need to restart the game or you will crash on logging in or just after. Pretty much fine otherwise.

once people are spread out over the server, making hidden bases, scavenging vehicles and parts any less than 100 p servers will be like playing a single player most of the time unless your at an airfield or popular spawn etc. i would like to see them try to get 250 p servers ideally. it would be great to have high pop servers right now so spawns can be spread out and we're not playing the same fookin part of the map every time but that would would be the end of testing new items ai etc for the time being which is no option at all.

Its only safe to go barefoot in Australia as there's less pressure on the feet, and definitely not ok in Ireland. Hope this helps.

Other than boredom and just plain pvp fun, kos is just either being a pussy or just not wanting to loose your gear. Its a risk talking to random players who have guns, and as kos has got out of control it makes it even more risky. But if there was no risk at all it wouldn't be fun gameplay and atm there wouldn't be much gameplay at all.

This, also one hit to the chest area indoors has never failed to knock down a player for me.

290 for $300... ive read in the us the amd cards are going for silly money, even more than the nvida which is insane. in the uk we don't see this but even a 270 will cost you $250+ and the 760 $300+

its early alpha game, its not supposed to be playable for weeks of gametime and still be fresh and exiting. they are developing the game to make a finished product in around a year, not trying to keep you happy by rushing out new content.

its alpha, it will be nothing like this on release to be honest. right now the main content is guns, finding guns and finding ammo and a bit of food. so its a bleeding blood bath right now, for the most part but its not all like that. but its ******* hilarious if you have the sence of humor for it or a hell of allot of fun if you like hc pvp. but it will not last for long so if you love it get playing, if you dont it will change gradually over the year, if you will break your computer and cry if somone shoots you from a bush when your getting water for your pony then.........

Fair points, but allot of this should be fixed by release and are some of the design prioritys of the development process, unfortunately you missed the point. The satement and discussion is about the 'flawed concept', the idea and point to the whole game. Your thinking and talking about mehcanics of the game world and the items and player characters in it. Im no expert but what i can gather is that Dean's vison for this game is an open world survivor sandbox with the emphasis on players having to work together to overcome the obstacles in their way to survive after the fall of civilisation and organised society. Allot of people like this idea so Dean stating that this concept will never fully work with dayz is upsetting, but by no means makes this game flawed or broken. But wat is interesting is exactly what the vison is and why it can never fully work with this game.
