Can I Run DayZ Retail (POST HERE)

Desktop or Laptop: Desktop Monitor Resolution: 1024x768 CPU: Intel Core i5-3340 CPU @ 3.10 Ghz Graphics Card: Stock graphics card...Don't know much about these but I'll list some specs I found. Name: Intel HD Graphics. Chip type: Intel HD Graphics Family. Approx. Total Memory: 1696 MB. RAM: 8 GB SSD: I think I have HDD but not really sure. I'm no computer genius. I played DayZ a few times for a few minutes each and my FPS was anywhere from 80-ish out in open fields down to 20-30 and maybe a bit lower in the forests and towns. I'd like to improve this but, as I said above, I'm no computer genius. When the frame rate would be low in the forest, it was hard to keep an eye out for other players and I actually got caught in the middle of a huge firefight (probably 4 guys on each side) without having any idea what the heck was going on because I'm a noob. So hectic, but I just ran and ran and got away scott clean, haha. Thanks for any help you can give, Mike
