I don't post an aweful lot but i read this forum everyday and haven't seen anyone mention it unless I missed it. Anyway, for the third day in a row the DayZ gods hate me. Day 1: Respawn after being killed by a ghillie out guy who is running faster than the speed of light, stronger than superman with the aim of Rambo. I loot a med pop server for about an hour and it restarted. Strangely for the next 30 minutes there is only 1 other person in the server and I am in no mans land running west from Gorka when my game crashes. I was in the middle of the woods going towards a steep hill. I thought.. damn it but hey maybe ill get lucky and ill be on top of the hill with no effort. NOPE.. respawned as a fresh spawn. Day 2: Respawn from the crash death and find my wife near novo as I got a northern spawn. It was just her and I on the server and i got quite a bit of gear on me. Still just her and I when i am running on the rail road tracks heading west when again my game crashes. My wife can see me sprinting into a guard rail. I ask her.. "Am I alive? " she says yes. Normally i could see her screen but i went to the kitchen to get a drink while my game was rebooting. she said "you just sat down like your logging out now" i thought PHEW! Then she yells "babe your dead" Im like what?? She said yep your just lied on the ground and made a groaning noise. Day 3: Now i am aggrivated, so i gear up in electro with a friend of mine who is making his way from cherno. Im second floor of the school when the game crashes. I relog.. DEAD!! Nobody else in the server, but i found my body, mid second floor in the middle of the hall. Now is this just bad luck or what?

No wifi hardlined desktop. 8350 8 core, 8gb DDR3 2133 Ram, R9 270x 4gb video card. Yeah I'm going to have to do that

This feature has always been around. I use it for many games I play on steam. You get a few randoms. In DayZ we joined a clan server and messaged a member and said we were a friendly clan looking to join forces and they told us where we could meet. It was tense but nobody Drew and everyone lived and in the end it was a clean partnership.

pretty cool thought process.. but i have another. When it comes to the gas can.. why can i take it to the gas station and use the pump to fill the gas can, but cannot use the pump to fill the truck directly. lol. I would like some clarity from the devs like the OP about when this would have taken place.

heat packs in your pants and standing by the fire works for us. I have had the bug now a few times.

My wife and I were in Vybor mil base a few nights ago. There was only 3 people on the server including us and while looting the barracks both of us lost control of our toons and it was like our mice were going crazy spinning us around and we both were crying. It was almost like really bad desync but it wouldn't let up and again couldnt control where we wanted to go just would run straight then go in circles and the crying was freaking out my wife. We thought a hack so we logged out and logged into another server.

Okay I own my own private shard and for some reason our tents are disappearing and the backpacks we place out are all gone....anyone else seeing this?

it seems like every 3 days or so the loot table is reset. I am contacting Vilayer to see if I am supposed to do regular back ups.

Its strangely the second time this has happened. And i am aware of the Wednesday resets....

LOL, was probably the truck i left. My clanmate and I were driving around as each of us had a truck and he ran out of gas. I drove back to him and was about to fill him up when we said "Nah, we will suprise some lucky person with a truck and gas on the coast" and headed south in my truck. I find them quite easily. I know all the locations in and around vybor so it usually isn't an issue. Just watch out for the short fences. Me + Fence = stuck.

You can definitely make the leather pack using a deer pelt. Just need the knife and the pelt. I made one lastnight and its great with full gorka grear. :)

its called stereomix. it basically streams what is being heard through "your speakers" so for instance. Im playing music and my "Input/Mic" is set to "stereomix" by default when i key up in game to talk you will hear the music. LOL @ digital audio cables comment

My clan was in a busy UK server having an awesome firefight with another team when everyone heard like a million m4's going off at one time. We all at about the same time said "I'm dead" so we clicked respawn to see where we would end up and I kid you not I spawn with about 13 others on the beach and all were saying where they died and same for my clan where they spawned.The locations were from all over the map not just electro. It was like the hackers gun shot everyone in the server. I was gonna record a vid but sadly I crashed about 30 seconds into the boxing madness on the beach. Has anyone else seen this happen?

when was this patch supposed to be released?

Happened to me yesterday when my wife and I were in a med pop server . We went to a bush and I had to restart my game as it was running strange. . I closed my game and she watched me sit and disappear. I get Back I'm game , join the server and poof I'm on the coast. Was alive for 6 days :/

he is saying that he would like to see the patches tested longer before being pushed to stable. So the question is.. "How long would you like the patches to be tested in experimental before being distributed to stable" that is how i read it.

Awww..but its so funny to watch and listen too. The guys in this game are so easy and eager to talk to women they seem to drop their guard instantly. So to my wife they are easy prey and she enjoys killing them all.

i like to find 2 pine trees close together and stand in between them. :)

Like a few of you said, I dont see a reason as to why the animals shouldn't be implimented. Also, this is about survival and doing so in a vast and crazy world/map. Everything you listed that shouldn't be in the game are all things that should.. well because this game is trying to be realistic.

my wife plays Dayz with myself and my gaming community. She has a sweet british accent and dresses in all the pink gear she can find. She will run around with us and bait people. They see her and she says "Im friendly" they start to trust her and when they arent looking pulls her 45 and waxes them. Its pretty funny to hear them screaming and shouting "WHY" HAHA

Teleporters are terrible in this game. I was in a firefight in balota. My wife and I killed 2 of them and retreated to the house near the end of the runway. We closes the doors on our way in. She covered one door and I had the other. We heard no footsteps , no music, just rain and the normal sounds. When POOF a man standing with an M4 and a payday mask was standing in the center of the room. He startled us both and we both took shots on him but it was too late. His M4 sounded like a 249saw and wiped us both out. No door was opened. Makes us sick

Is anyone else having trouble joining servers? My wife and I tried to join a few different servers and were not having any luck. While we were in a server it became CRAZY with lag so we logged off to get into a different server. HMMMm.. Wondering whats going on?
