For me game works how it should be, no lag no teleports and ets....

i think i'm fully geared because i have everything in pristine state. My gear: mosin( supressor 2 lrs full camo) m4 (m64 or what optics) full ttsko, 4 protector cases (food and drinks) full ammo box with magnum and mosin bullets, magnum it self, cowboy hat, dallas mask, fire axe of course, 2 water bottles, 2 canteens, a lot of medical supplyes and i think thats it ;)

in my opinion its too easy to find items in this game. Its survival horror game and now its not survival and its not horror game...

i have prestine LRS and worn LRS in my backpack ;) its not very hard to find it, you just need to know where to look for it ;)
