Havn't played since probly March-April. Is there somewhere I can find a quick rundown of the new things that have been added/implemented since then? Interested to see how far the game has come along since then. Thanks!

You can still load the magazine to capacity, theres just a glitch if you paint the rifle. Same as the old M4 glitch you could only load one round at a time. Dont paint it until its fixed.

Jealous. I had survived many adventures with my last guy on experimental. I had alot of good gear, weapons and survival equipment. To this point, I had never experienced a glitch that just randomly killed me for no reason but today I was climbing a ladder, started randomly taking damage. Got to the top, started to bandage myself and got My leg really hurts I think my leg is broken My leg is broken My leg is in alot of pain You are dead. All in about 1 second. I was like "sigh..... Esc, exit game, start playing Red Orchestra."

It's the plates you want

Alot of old school and old generation soft armor looked that way. there might be space for plates in there though I doubt it. Even if it did, where the round hit would be just outside the bottom corner or right on the edge of a standard sized plate. The dreaded gut shot

I'm with Franchi. It's an AK round, probly fired from a decent distance, anything closer than 300m and it likely would have defeated the vest. Deflection, wind, maybe it went through some thin wood first who knows. Nice shot, at least.

Just a little south of Gorka on a hill, was running towards the town last night and game randomly crashed to desktop with no error message other than the typical "searching online for solution" box. I just went to bed. Same thing today, as soon as I log in, sometimes 5-10 seconds, sometimes immediately, it crashes whenever I look towards Gorka. Anyone else experience anything similar ? First time I've had any issues with the game in 90+ hours.

That server is one of my favorites. Watch out for Doctor Coconut, he's wildly unpredictable.

Maybe just have a low limit to the amount of stuff you can store long term, so even if a guy does die and goes back to his stash there really isnt a ton of stuff so he can just re-gear like nothing happened. Only so many slots and one per player etc. Would force you to choose what you want to save long term, food or water or clothing or ammunition or other supplies etc as there isn't room for everything.

If I want to switch to experimental and get the download, but then want to switch back to stable do I have to keep updating and downloading to switch back and forth? Stupid steam

No, the M4 in game doesn't sound right at all. Also, that guys mag changes and transitions were weak.

No, I was supporting the OPs post with anecdotal evidence of guys just farming towns. They loot the town, return to the center change servers. Repeat. I was on the roof with a good line of sight and happened to be in town when they appeared.
