Its very similar too DayZ Mod on Altis with different zombies, it is a very well done mod imho and better than the Standalone currently, just go to www.zombieinfection.com and download the launcher, if you love DayZ you will love Breaking Point.

Should just play Arma 3 Breaking Point until the Standalone gets to where it should be, it definitely helps take my mind off of its slow development!!!

Hmm, i may have been cynical of the dev team in the past, but something tells me the next couple of months is gonna see some huge improvements in DayZ!! I can only hope that im right!!!

Yeah but when they implement hunting the current amounts of canned food and such will be cut back in order to balance the survival aspect of the game, thus making it more difficult to survive, especially if you are unwilling to hunt and then eat meat. Currently it is far too easy too survive!

But once hunting comes in all the other foods will become much rarer making it much harder for the vegetarian players!

As long as the veggie doesn't eat the fresh spawn and claims that he only killed the freshie in self defense then yeah its obviously perfectly OK!

Its bad enough having unforeseen calls of nature when im playing this game and having a few nerve racking moments on the crapper worried about my character being murdered, never mind having to also care for shitting in game. I have to say a HELL NO to pooping in this game!!!!

Ever since the 9mm pistol came into existance i have never seen a mag for it, come to think of it i have only seen the amphibia mag once off of someone i killed, i dont understand the reasoning behind this at all as stated by OP. "Omg zombies lets flee, ditch the guns but definitely dont forget to take the magazines with us" Yeah this makes sense! i find so many pistols but dont even bother to pick em up because finding the right mag is just too much hassle.

I agree, the spawns are currently the most game breaking thing in the game, if we could randomly spawn absolutely anywhere on the map people would start playing the way it should be, too survive. Not run to the nearest town for a deathmatch

As you would have guessed is there any plans for a tranquiliser gun in the Standalone. I believe it would be an awesome addition to the game and would certainly be a nice alternative to killing!! I can see it now, i get tranqed and then when i wake up i am handcuffed, naked with only a rotten banana beside me and a dirty bandit is just standing there in front of me with no pants singing wrecking ball!!! The possibilities of such a weapon would be endless and hilarious!!!

Is there any word on the guaranteed messaging system coming to Arma 3, I feel it would really benefit from this system!!!

I dunno about you guys but I really miss deathmatching in Elektro! I feel it was a much better map for brutal PVP. Berezino is nice but i feel the sheer size and open spaces just don't have that same claustrophobic feel that Elektro had which made for those epic heart pounding times. . For me its Berezino = OK, Elektro = EPIC. What is/was your favourite? P.S I understand why they changed the spawns, but lets be honest 90% of players just play deathmatch anyway. Please bring back the Elektro spawns so that we can have those epic times again at least until the things worth playing the game for (persistent storage, bases, vehicles) change the whole dynamic of the game. :-)
