Hello fellow traders! Before you start to bash anyone, read the full post of my attempted trade with a guy called RubixQuobe. We were trading earlier this morning. After some chitchat, I added this guy to my steam and we were going to meet up in Lopatino to make the trade. I joined his server. Everything seemed fine and I could stay for the server for 10 minutes, without it kicking me for high ping. Note: I'm european, he's most likely american. Right before we met I got autokicked out of server for high ping, 149. I thought. I agreed to try join the same server, was probably a bad idea in the end but I as hoping it would last for 5-7 minutes, which would be enough for a successful trade. We met, he seemed to be a nice guy and I dropped my stuff on the ground fo him to pick up. Seconds later unfortunately I was kicked again for high ping. I tried another server, this time european, one of the servers I usually trade with some of my friends. I spawned in, in starting gear on the beach, which leaves two possible outcomes. I was killed by him or I really did reset somehow. Even if none of the servers were about to reset, none of the servers had it's time at 8:00, 9:00, 9:20 etc you name it. I've played for about 7 months now without a single character reset, so most likely I know how to avoid it. I dont want to bash this guy, he seemed to be a nice guy and maybe I was really unlucky and I got a reset but there was a big factor that made at least me suspicous. During my second time of DC, I wrote/asked him on steam that he had to pick up the stuff I left on the ground for him before leaving. He didnt reply anything to me for about 8 minutes, which for me is a very long time to just grab those items, because he clearly saw where I got disconnected and I typed it. During that period, he was still in the server, because I was observing in between the tries to reconnect to other servers and see if I was really reset or no. So this makes me wondering, was it really a character reset or he was sorting my gear from my character? As I said, maybe he really is a nice guy and we were very unluckyk doing this trade. I dunno yet if I want to give it a second try. Most likely not, (just my way of being paranoid and playing this game safe) I'll stick to traders I know I can trust 100% or do the trades with my methods/bring help. So everyone, be aware, bring your own backup, do it in your way to always be safe. Also, when I trade guys that dont have alot of previous trades and reputation, this time I didnt loose too much, only a M4, with RIS(P), 60rnd mag, black hcv and some damaged protector cases. I always have few hidden stash around the map where I can leave my precious cargo at, to not loose it. Just my 5cents and happy trading, be safe!

The OP is doing a great job of getting people like you loosing the servers. As someone clearly mentoned, there are specific rules when you host a server. It's not set by me, it's not set by the players, it's set by the company behind DayZ and I thik they are doing a great work. I can post it for you again. I think people should respect the rules. Public shard You may perform the following actions on your server o Restart server o Kick abusive players (harassment, cheating, exploiting bugs)  Be aware that this can tread a fine line, and if you are found to be violating this rule your server may be disabled until the issue can be addressed. o Turn the server off Private Shard You may perform the following actions on your server o Restart server o Kick players o Ban players o Lock/Unlock Server o View BEC Logs o Turn the server off Nobody is forcing you to pay your money and host our own server. I really hope you have a private shard server, otherways If I somehow find out your server, I will record and report and I'm probably not the only one. If you cant handle geting killed, maybe this game is not for you then. May I ask what would subscription fee help ? Currently hosting your own public server and kicking people for nothing makes this game PAY TO WIN. "I gear up on my own server without no fear of getting killed, I join another one and I have fun with my easy earned gear." Anyway, I've reported many servers as well lately, some of them are gone by now, some of them have turned into private shard servers and I'm happy actually something is happening. Yes I agree hackers are annoying to deal with and get their names/accounts but I believe they are doing anything they can to make it better, this game is yet in alpha, keep that in mind. Under my 900+ hours, I've yet to come across any hackers,but I also play safe, and very rarely visit/stay at coast. Another question is about whitelisted public servers. Even if they are under Public hive, are you able to join another Public servers with your char? Because I think a new way is to whitelist your server and even if the information says that you whitelist on this homepage, the homepage doesnt exist or is down. Anyone know more information about how it's working?

It's kinda sad reading about all the hackers and shizzle lately. I really hope 0.53 will get rid of most of them. I'm kinda hoping for the update to come out as soon as possible to start regearing again and get some trading going on. Right now I basically have everything I want and not been so active lately due to high risk, low reward while playing now. And also a big Dota2 tournament going on in China, with alot of games to watch and some nice action. But once the update is pushed to stable, I will be back!

I seem to be the only one not having melee on 1 :D 1. Primary, M4 2. Secondary MP5-K/FNX 3. Secondary PM73RAK 4. Melee, Firefighters Axe 5. Melee, Combat Knife, for skinning etc. 6. Binoculars 7. Free slot for now, sometimes Rangefinder/Lockpick etc if I realy need it. 8. Morphine 9. Bandage/Rags 10. Water Canteen That's how I roll at the moment. And I only rely on hotbar to get stuff out since they are in protector cases etc. But as someone mentioned earlier, if you have your character tab open and use the hotbar, it works 100%. :)

Finally got the RAK and it kicks some butt! That means I'm currently looking for Compensator for MP5-K? (If it's currently on stable, most likely not together with pistol silencers?!) As previous post mentioned and I've posted in few similar threads. Your character is most likey freezing although the cold status isn't appearing in your status tab.The cold status will appear once your body temperature is under 35.5 or something very close. Your temperature is most likely between 35 and 36 degrees right now. Getting rid of this, keep running for longer period or make a campfire or why not even three to fasten this procedure and stand next to them. Once your body temperature is above 36 degrees, the shaking will automatically go away. , In other rare cases when your aim is shaking, or more of a weapon sway while scoping and zooming in (even after getting your breath back). You might have been hit by a zombie and gotten a fractured/broken limb without the game reconizing it or showing it in the status tab. In this case, use a morphine injector or even make it easier. Make a split with rags and wooden sticks, use it and it should remove the weaponsway.

PM73RAK with a magazine. Probably the rarest gun ingame. Yet to see one or the mags for it. I've gone through many hundred of crash sites.

As Dagwood pointed out. Those are not on stable right now, similar to the pistol silencer I believe. Those items being out on experimental doesnt always mean, that they end up on stable. Hopefully this will be fixed with 0.53!
