How do you run Dayz in windowed mode?

What resolution values should I change it to and if I want it to display on my secondary monitor do I need to change anything. I have Ultramon but the windowed settings (which allow you to decide what monitor the app/program launches on) don't seem to come on for Dayz. -
I'm running 2 monitors and I'm curious how to play Dayz in windowed mode so I can do stuff on my other monitor without minimizing Dayz. Thank You
