    Mosin+Longrange And Good Sugestions

    1. Nope. LRS does not fit Mosin 2. Wow, I guess they never thought of it! Wait for the new renderer! (Wasn't it announced for ... Q2 this year?) 3. Easy to no 4. Isn't there a small possibiltiy of that to happen? Wasn't something like in theory everything can spawn everywhere? 5. I actually want less pvp 6. I don't care - but really that's so not important. 7. FASTER? They should move slower!!

Set "lock Spawn" to players for 24h

Hm, I'd like something as the following: Your first death is just like now, no waiting x min for being shot by someone. After spawning, the next earliest possible time to spawn is 15 minutes later. Means: If you suicide (or get killed) right away, you will have to wait 15 minutes. If you run around for 10 minutes and then get shot, you will have to wait 5 minutes. If you live longer than 15 minutes, your next spawn will be like the first one, like it is now. If you die within these 15 minutes, the next timer will be 25 minutes, then 35 etc. So, system would be like this: 1st death: 30 second spawn timer Spawn Ask yourself: Will it take much longer than 15 minutes to get where I want? How likely is it that my next spawn will be better? If you decide to live, you're more careful, as you don't want to get shot. a) You lived more than 15 minutes of time: Go to "1st death" (this can be tweaked: Does time before pressing respawn counts, or only "alive-time"? Does only actual playtime counts, or real time?) b ) You die within 15 minutes of time: Go to "2nd death" 2nd death: 15 minutes spawn timer minus time passed - what ever time model is used, see 1st death a) Spawn Ask yourself: Will it take much longer than 25 minutes to get where I want? How likely is it that my next spawn will be so much better? You're shitty careful and sneak to everywhere. a) You get the idea...

    Gun Slings

While I don't care for the esthetics (1st person...), I totally say no to carrying of two long rifles. Especially not when you're allowed to carry a third in your hands. If you really need an automatic secondary additionally to your long rifle, search for an AKS or MP5. Or let em implement full-auto handguns ;) Also, there would be no need to forgo a meele weapon for your second Mosin, as all melee weapons fit in your backpack. If you want to carry a gun to your friend, take it in your hand. And rope is common. Sometimes. Sometimes it's rare as fuck. Snipers can carry an AKS in their high cap vest. So sorry, no to slings this way. I'd like then only for esthetics, so they had to appear "magically" when you but a weapon on your back. There would also be a lot of "realism" issues with slings. Can you sling every weapon to your back? Then why not other stuff? Why not more then two? Will you get hurt if you carry a machete or an axe? Couldn't it damage your backpack and clothes? I'm also pretty sure if you sprint with to slings, at least one will fall off. And if you keep em in place with your hands, you can't run that good. Don't get me wrong - I'm in for realism but I'm also in for this is a game! Why can't I just leave my backpack open and have the mosing stick out? I understand the people who wan't this, but mostly the argument is just "realism". For me: gameplay > realism, and I think this does not make the gameplay better.

    Players disappear after 250m

This definitely is handled by object detail. Try deleting your config file and let DayZ recreate it. Try reinstalling DayZ

suggestion for login dead areas around attractive areas

I don't like it at all. When in a big city, I have to leave it to log out? Nah, don't like it at all. Spawning at the coast when "losing" connection within a redzone? Situation a) NWAF, two buddies. Boom one dead - no prob dude, I'll just teleport over the entire map "Alt+F4" Woops, sorry I lost the connection. Situation b ) NWAF, you just put your left foot on it. Internet gone. Surprise! Running is healthy so run there again. (I'd love to see the people on the hills waiting for fully geared players to lose there connection and spawn at the coast with no cover whatsoever. The bubble solution? No thanks. I already see me spawning mid-air falling to death because the building I logged out in is full of people.

US clothing, Vests and Backpacks at crashsites

Why BDU? Shouldn't it be ACU?
  10. Yes please, but not in Patch .50 ! When we have vehicles, then there is a use for it. And with all that stuff mentioned: Weight, recoil, ultra-rare etc.

    Gun-Bag

Please no carrying of two rifles. Yes there are plenty of situations where it's awesome and while ingame I wanted it over and over again. But please no, the only "real" use is to take away the need to decide which weapon to carry. I don't want snipers quickswapping to an AK. Go search an MP5 then you will have long range + CQ Also: Why is that thing under "Woman's Casual Daypacks" ???

    Backpack tandem carrying

The rope idea is nice, but the slots shouldn't add up, but be seperate for each rope. And limiting rifle use is okay with me, at least for the Mountain pack. I don't think a taloon would be this limiting

    Backpack tandem carrying

So an idea came back to my mind lately - tandem carrying of backpacks (carrying one backpack on your back + and one on the front) The last time I thought about it, I came to the conclusion it is way to overpowered. But now, with beginning of weigh system, HighCap vest and Smersh, I rethought it. So the idea is to carry a backpack on your front side. While the might look totally overpowered on the first thought, I believe it is just something that needs to be implemented the right way. 1: It should take the Vest/Chestholder spot. This reduces the new extra space to a maximum of 22 (mountain pack minus 8-slot vest) (You could make it that you can carry an empty vest underneath, but that sounds very exploitable) 2: It will be way less powerful as soon as a weigh system is at least half way implemented. When a lot of gear makes you a lot slower, you will think about it twice if your really need to fill that space. 3: It should be worn at the same height as your backpack. This way, you can actually wear a mountain backpack, but you will see almost nothing. Can still be very usefull to save your buddys stuff. 4: You are unable to go prone and it takes much longer to stand up from crouching. 5: While carrying it, you will be unable to move with a broken leg I don't know ... I think it would be great, but I'm still feeling uncomfortable with it. Any thoughts?

    Some small crafting ideas

Soda Knife: Or cutting burlaps or whatever will be there. Also, doing it right (rolling it up) you can actually stab into someones throat e.g. Maybe "rock knife" was a bit to vague. What i meant was a splitted rock, creating a sharp edge. (http://images.ookaboo.com/photo/m/Canto_tallado_2_Guelmim_Es_Semara_m.jpg) And with such an improvised axe a lot of indigene did a hell lot more then chopping. You can perfectly use it for thinner trees, limbs - but it should get damaged way faster than a real axe.
