The CCSD (Chernarian Creepy Stuff Department) Needs investigators for the Radio transmission mystery.

So... What is the CCSD going to do now? There's still the C1 mystery of why he wants people to go there... We could group up and go along the coast... to look for.... there's nothing now.... -

I would agree... but this is only happening on one server. As much as we want this to be something by the devs, we need to start being skeptical that it is a player, that is why we are all investigating. -

I feel the same way, I feel that someone who started this hoax is using it to now promote their server. So now that we all know whats going on and that it IS a hoax, Wouldn't it be ruled case closed? Maybe leave a few people who WANT to find out what's going on to figure it out? -

A map of the area he wants people to go to.... hes pretty smart whoever this is putting this on. Why is he going to this effort... it can not be a dev.... -

Can anyone confirm if this player was on previously during other transmissions?..... I vote we do this: Get a group of 5 people to go to elektro, find where he is broadcasting from, load a bullet in his head. If he TRULY is a dev, he can still hold this MAGICAL event at the location even if he is loaded with lead. Sounds to me like we are just decoding whats going to, most likely, be a server event, not a DayZ event. How would that sound to get your server filled,"We go to the extent of making secret messages that people decode to hold fun events for our players!" -

that ending is "gl. k." Doesn't sound like something the devs would put in..... We also need the SSTV code converted. -

Would just like to add, there is background screams and air raid sirens throughout the entirety of the morse code, before the first morse code message plays you can hear them go off. -

At the end of that Elektro recording where it gave morse code in the beginning, it almost sounds like a binary transmission that was used in the Portal 2 announcement Arg. The Binary Signal(SSTV images) in the elektro video starts at 3:04(ish) Compare them: Portal 2 Binary The Elektro Binary: http://youtu.be/PZv5-VLZE2A?t=3m2s That was the Portal announcement SSTV transmission, you could run the SSTV transmission(I forget the program) and it actually came out as an image. If someone could extract JUST the binary sounds from that video then you may be able to get a picture from it. -

The part from 3:00 minutes on is what is very intriguing, the morse code can be done a lot easier than decoding that mess at the end. Anyone have any idea on what that is? Also, would it be a good idea to make a whole subreddit about the CCSD and a steam group so that way we all can better co-ordinate our moves and protect each other while investigating. It seems when we investigate alone we are either to scared to do anything because we might get shot or we get shot investigating. -

This obviously has something to do with the Buzzer and Operators responding, but why, what radio frequency, and what would they be responding about?... -

I will be doing some investigating tomorrow on this, would be great to know the HAM radio locations. Would gladly check out to see if there is a specific channel they are set on.
