I'm all about them adding a feature where you can hold the crouch button if you accidentally fall off something like 15 feet up where you can roll when you land a la Ocarina of Time. Oh Zelda.... I miss that game.

Mine says that as well on the black screen when I enter a game but it works perfectly fine for me. You aren't maybe getting some crazy desync are you? I've had trouble opening doors though, as well... Like it seems like some of the door "hitboxes" are off and I have to be practically running at it to get it to open, but only on some

Are we getting more? Like the ability to switch which device the game uses? It's rather a pain in the ass making sure I set my default windows sound device to my headset from my speakers before I play and then switching back when I'm done

I tend to have music playing when I'm not actually playing a video game and like to be able to hear it when I'm not in my chair... Plus headsets all the time give me headaches for some reason. It's not a huge deal though. Just wondering

Well better off than me. I'm still being forced to take a break due to Battleye not responding issues since last week and a slow response back and forth between BE support and myself. May have to wait it back out until another patch to see if it clears anything up

I had the game for a few days when I encountered a freshie in the Elektro fire station. Told him not to worry, I wouldn't kill him. But he never responded, just ran around inside. While I kept an eye on him his buddy came in and started axing me to death. I unloaded my m4 into both of them but passed out from blood loss. I almost decided there was no good left in this world. I ran back to an airfield and geared up again, then on the way to Berezino I came across another fresh spawn. I should just kill this asshole. But against my better judgement I greeted him and asked if he needed anything. He at least responded. A 13 year old kid. Great. But, we ran together and he showed me the shipwreck for the first time, then gave me team speak info and ended up meeting the rest of the crew at the NEAF. Still play with those guys (when my game actually decides to work) and made some good friends out of it. But you bet your ass I still kill fresh spawns that don't talk and get too close.

I found a sniper on sniper hill one time and despite being standing up and only 10 feet from him, my last 2 SKS bullets hit an invisible wall. So I charged him with an axe but because he was downhill from me and had started moving I couldn't seem to hit him with it... Yeah he shot me twice with a magnum and I died. So I got on the mic and just started laughing. No sense in raging over getting killed, especially when it's your own fault

KoS your broken English makes my brain hurt so hard trying to read it, but it and your attitude make me so happy it totally offsets it. Good on you, mate. :)

Update probably glitched in the process of applying

I was playing on experimental a few days ago when they were working on the hotfix and other than the desync and rubberbanding I was just fine, not getting the BattleEye not responding bs... And I get on today, update to .43... No desync at all... Then 2 minutes in I get BE not responding and booted again. Try another server, same problem... Is anyone having this issue still? I was under the impression it was fixed Danke

I am wondering about that. The day I downloaded the new patch was the same day I had installed a new motherboard and processor, and consequently had all new drivers obviously and new network adapters. The only thing I can't figure out, though, is why it worked just fine on experimental but since the exp patch went to stable I had issues... Both times. Is something different or disabled with battleeye on experimental compared to stable?

Okie dokie. I'll give those a shot. Thanks Also, previous post about changing network adapter settings solved nothing, as well as a quick reboot afterwords (which if you change network adapter things it tells you to do) so don't bother with that if anyone else is having the issue. I'm out of time to mess with it today as I leave for work soon. I'll just have to revisit it tomorrow when I get up and have the whole day to play around with it. Sigh... All I wanted to do was find a leather jacket.

So should I reinstall steam? BE connection lost was the issue I was having when everyone was getting session lost a couple days ago, so I reinstalled battleeye then and it didn't fix anything... I could try reinstalling it again I suppose This is just frustrating that it worked totally fine on experimental lol

Do I just have really bad luck about logging on at the worst possible time? ;) Anyways, computer is restarting now... I'm trying that network adapter change I saw on the forums here a couple days ago. I'll keep you posted if this actually works or not

I haven't played the patch mch but I really haven't had an issue with te zombies at all. I've meleed them all to death and haven't had an issue of them spawning back in coming at me. Using a gun is probably a different story but I haven't been on enough to even find ammo for my gun yet. The ones that have come after me I just ran up stairs, walked around for a minute and came back down and bolted, they glitch through walls but it tends to take a minute for them to get out of houses anyway and extra time to get away

If I find m4s I take everything off of them I can and throw them in the grass. I'm a dick.

Well on exp earlier I killed a zombie with 3 hits from a kitchen knife so... Not THAT dangerous

I just responded to rocket on twitter about this but I'll post here as well. I can at least log in without session lost but still getting horrible rubberbanding. To the point where I left a construction site running, and it took me back to the top of the stairs facing the edge (while running) and you can guess what happened nextI lost my boonie hat!

I lost it right there. Precious.

Just a warning... I know everyone is crying about connection lost issues (myself included ;) ) but if you're having these issues at all, stop trying to log in until a fix is in place. I tried 6 times yesterday before giving up and went to try again today to see if it was a fluke and lo and behold, my character was fresh on the coast. And then it still booted me 2 minutes later with a zombie defiling my virgin body. So I advise patience for a hotfix lest you want to lose all your stuff. It still might happen, but not trying could save you a lot of frustration. Now to finish reinstalling and see if that works because I have nothing better to do :)

Oh yeah, I managed to log on for another 2 minutes... Enough time to stop bleeding, get to the factory and pick up a red hard hat and a pitchfork, and find/eat some tuna. Totally baller now! :)
