Is it just me that sees the irony in this? Actually loot did not respawn so therefore both were not there. You might have found food and what ever but it's not because it respawned.

Didn't read the entire topic so someone might have said this already... What are you talking about OP? The barracks are still there, I was in Balota 2 days ago. Edit: Okay just released it's Wednesday night and didn't check for an update and now I've just read some more of the topic and seen screenshots. What the fuck lol, Even though I'm a little shocked I get it, I mean how many cities have 3 military bases so close to each other?

Maybe you should go read what they are called, there's no such thing as hardcore and regular servers, it's 1st/3rd or just 1st person servers.

Yeah I know it's not hard to kill a deer with an axe, done it before but does offer a little bit more of a challenge.

I might give this a try on my hardcore character. But I might give myself a little bit more of a challenge, can't use anything that propels an object, so hunting with melee weapon only.

Usually the servers will have their location in the title along with some numbers. An example of this would be "DayZ UK 02-02 (the server is in the United Kingdom) Or DayZ DE 02-02 (German server)" I've also noticed the US servers some times have their state there such as "DayZ NY 02-02" What I usually do when I want to play on official servers would set my filter to "DayZ UK" or if I'm looking to play with some mates from the US I'll change it to "DayZ US" In a nutshell look for servers with their origin followed by numbers.

I can't remember where the 101 was but AKM was in the barracks in Balota.

Yesterday found a AK 101 with 28 rounds in the mag, today I found a AKM with 22 rounds in a mag, both times the mag was inserted into the weapon.

Yeah was happening all night last night for me, I died in a gun fight (I killed 2 my mate killed 2 and the third got him) I hit respawn and wait the 30 seconds only to see "You are dead" again, I hit respawn a good 3 or 4 times and every time I'm back at "you are dead" after 30 seconds. I leave the server join a new one and spawn under a bridge that I worked out to be just outside of Vybor just south of the North West Airfield with nothing, not even a shirt. After killing myself again to get a closer spawn to my mate (he wasn't dead at this point) and the fact it's raining so hard I'm already shaking from being cold due to being naked I again then get stuck in the never-ending "you are dead" loop only to leave that server and find yet another just to spawn naked under the same bridge with nothing on again. This time it wasn't raining and my mate had been killed I decided to just loot up and run.

I used to double "W" to sprint but now I need to hold left shift, not really the best setup for me and changing the key bindings doesn't seem to make a difference other than losing sprint entirely. Anyone know how fix this?
