Hello. I'm globally banned of "DayZ SA" because, I think my Arma CD Key was stolen and someone hacked with it. I didn't knew I've got a global ban, and I bought and played the game before the Update with the Anti-Cheat system came out. I really wanna play that game so bad.. And I'm already banned since the patch came out! I contacted the Steam and Battleeye support. I asked the Steam support for a refund and the Battleeye support for an unban. Both wasn't ment to do anything of it.. so they told me I should come over here. They told me to contact you. I didn't find any other section or support E-mail where I could put that in that's why I'm writing here. If you need more Informations, please give me an E-mail, where no user can read my text. I would like to get unbanned, a refund or a new CD Key. Greetings Jan
