I'm considering switching back to a nVidia card specifically because of this issue as Dayz is currently the game I primarily play. AMD just doesn't seem to be as prompt with bug fixes as nVidia. I think until AMD gets some feedback about this from Bohemia, AMD isn't going to do anything at least until the game is out of Alpha.
Has anyone noticed this since the last patch (2/7) in addition to some performance issues. I don't mind a drop in fps, but even at a solid 60 fps my mouse movement went from fairly smooth with predictable acceleration to erratic acceleration with panning to the left or right feeling jerky rather than smooth. Again, this started happening probably about half of an hour after the patch yesterday. I just want to rule out something on my end vs a game thing.
Yeah, I play with mouse-smoothing off. On just adds latency. The mouse movement seemed to have gotten smoother with the previous patch, but this hotfixish patch made it worse than it was originally.
